Nadine, this is not an accurate account of what happened.
We have only one order on file for you — a digital portrait — and that order was completed and delivered by email on 22 June 2026.
We have also been in direct contact with you by email. In that correspondence, you stated that there were two purchases: one digital and one physical print. Since we have **no record of this “second order,”** we asked you to provide the order number, confirmation email, or proof of purchase so we could investigate it. You have not replied since, and no evidence of this second order has been provided.
Instead, you have continued editing the review to present a different version of events, including suggesting that we simply asked you to remove a negative review. That is misleading. We asked you to correct statements that are not supported by our records.
We are happy to investigate any genuine order, but making public claims and then not responding when asked for the basic information needed to verify them is unfair and inappropriate.

Order #22051 was for a **digital portrait (print yourself)** rather than a physical printed product. The completed portrait was emailed to you on **22 June 2026**, so there was no postal shipment or tracking number associated with this order.
Your review also mentions “Nil replies to communication.” Our records show that we did not receive any message from you regarding this order before your email on 11 August. We have since responded and are, of course, happy to resend the digital portrait if you’re having any difficulty locating or opening the original email.
We always want our customers to receive what they ordered and to feel supported throughout the process, so we’re very happy to help resolve any genuine issue. We would also kindly ask that the review be updated to reflect that the digital order was completed and sent, and that we had not received any prior communication to respond to.

Good Product, Terrible Customer Service
According to their website Regal Pawtraits will answer customer questions within 24 hours. 3 emails and 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. If you don't get your product done right the first time and expect RP to respond be prepared for a very long wait.

i am getting constant e mails to review my experience. Payed for VIP or expedited order got lost had to buy alternative x mas gifts, showed up amonth and a half later. Im sure theres a lot of companys that do this service choose them...at least they are from LA, i take solice knowing they are sitting in traffic, dont do it and paw prints stop e mailing me, i hate leaving a bad review for anything or one. If its x mas time step up your game so cal garbage company.

Hi Grant, we’re very sorry this order arrived so much later than expected, especially as it was meant to be a Christmas gift.
Unfortunately, UPS misplaced the parcel in transit, which caused the extended delay despite expedited shipping having been selected. We completely understand how disappointing and inconvenient that would have been at such an important time of year.
Because of the delay, we refunded the expedited shipping fee.
We’re also sorry for the repeated review-request emails. Those messages are automated, but we understand how frustrating they can feel after an experience like this.

I still have not received my portrait.
There was no message saying it was delivered but numerous messages asking me to review it! I have e-mailed to ask for information 4 times but have received no reply, just more e-mails asking me to review a product I have not received.

I had a print made for my husband of our two pups who passed away in 2025. What a fabulous memoir to have of them hanging on our wall. Pawtraits was very easy to work with and made changes as asked to ensure a satisfied customer. Delivery was as promised. 100% satisfied.

I ordered a print on Nov 22
I ordered a print on Nov 22, you sent back the proof the next day. I wrote to u that same day, on Nov 23, to change the shipping address. I’ve been emailing everyday to change the shipping address and still haven’t heard back from you.
Then today, Nov 25 you sent an email saying my order is out for shipment. I’ve emailed at least six different times to change the shipping address and NO ONE will answer it.
Now I will have to be burdened with another expense to ship it to the correct address. I would think I’d at least get a return email. You don’t hesitate to send all the promotions everyday but can’t answer an inquiry??

Terrible
Terrible, I made a purchase in August and haven't heard any thing about it and mind you item was not cheap. Never received item. They won't contact you back no matter how many times you write to them. Terrible. I bought something and never received it and can't even talk to someone. I will never do business with them.

We’re sorry to see this review, but we do need to clarify the situation for accuracy.
Your order (#20624) was placed for a digital portrait, not a physical item. Your proof was sent in August for approval, which is a required step before any final portrait is delivered.
After you later reached out, we re-sent your completed digital portrait. At that point, you mentioned you had intended to receive a physical canvas.
Although this was not part of the original order, we went ahead and produced and shipped a physical canvas to you at no additional cost as a goodwill gesture.
The canvas was shipped via USPS and marked as delivered.
We do acknowledge there were delays in some responses during a busy period, and we apologize for that. However, the statement that you “never received anything” is not accurate — both the digital portrait and a complimentary physical canvas were provided.

i have reached out 3 times to address an error in my portrait and received no responses, this is my second rating comment with this as well.
EDIT: since this time they reached out and corrected the error and send me a new picture which is just what we wanted and we absolutely love it. They were very friendly and accommodating

After reviewing your case, we did locate your earlier message regarding an address change, which unfortunately was missed at the time. As a result, your original order was shipped to the initial address provided.
As soon as this came to our attention, we arranged a free replacement with express shipping to your updated address, which was successfully delivered shortly after.
We do acknowledge the delay in responding to your earlier email and apologize for that. However, the issue was resolved promptly once identified, and a replacement was provided at no cost.
