I suppose the there has to be a few people that are not 100 percent happy. I am one of them. My heatpump systerm was installed in June. To me it seemed a rush job. They used the gebrit crimp fitting and hardley any pipe bending which looks very ugly. After an argument about two radiators being incompatable with rest of the systerm they did finally replace them. When recently having a few problems with the systerm it took them a month to finaly send an engineer. Problem 1. They heat pump was not sitting on the floot level it was walking aroud. ( fixed by myself ) 2. I was loosing water due to a leak. ( Still Leaking ) i have to fill the systerm every two weeks. Only part of the pipeing in the loft was insulated. ( Now fixed )
Now after an Error 911 apeared due to the leak. They are cloed for christmas with no emergency number to help, for me to correct the error. 23.12.2024. I assume i wont get any help or heating til after the new year.

The installation team of James and Pete did a great job. They worked hard, left everywhere tidy, were friendly and pleasant to deal with and gave us a good explanation of how to use it. We're pleased with the way the system operates. It struggles a bit in very cold weather because parts of our house are poorly insulated (solid double brick walls on the original construction). We were disappointed that it took over a month after completion (and final payment) to receive the handover documentation and responses to a couple of post-installation questions have been very slow

The team were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They kept us up to date with the installation and any inconvenience during the installation was as short as possible. They were respectful to the home environment and worked tidily.

Amazing service from this company from first contact to commissioning of the installation. After the first survey a detailed report was produced by room for heat loss and recommended radiator changes. We had 8 radiators out of 13 upgraded. Installation was rapid, timed to take 2 days with two installers, ended up as 3 days as a result of a late radiator delivery to site, but no complaints from us. The installers were incredibly courteous and polite and worked at a fast rate while on site, arriving at 8:00am daily. No mess and an incredibly efficient installation. Other than giving consent by email for the Boiler upgrade scheme grant application all paperwork was dealt with by Regen. It has been wonderful to experience excellent customer service from Regen.Have now had 9 days experience of running the ASHP having changed from an oil boiler. First impressions are that ASHP gives more gentle heat rather than the aggressive heat from an oil or gas boiler, but it is meeting our expectations in terms of heating our house. I am monitoring KW inputs and outputs from the Samsung controls on a daily basis together with our smart meter readings and recording on a spreadsheet. We keep temperature levels at a consistent basis throughout the day varying from 17 degrees C at night to a maximum of 19 degrees from 7:00pm to 10:30pm. We still have work to do on improving the insulation to retain the heat. Electricity consumption is frightening when outside temperatures fall below zero. You have to remind yourself to keep your nerve and keep steady settings on the system. Electricity conversion on the system has dropped from 3.66 when temperatures were milder to just under 3.0 when outside temperature fell below zero. We will keep monitoring the data and tweaking the system to get the most out of our ASHP.

We had a feasibility study done on our property to see if it was possible to have an air source heat pump on the 5th November by Mark Graham, who without any hard selling advised us on the benefits and price.
This was followed up by a technical survey 0n the 7th November by Jimmy Schofield who was extremely competent and knowledgeable answering all queries that I put to him. He stated that we would be able to install a smaller unit than was initially estimated and reduced the price by £1000.
We were kept informed of every aspect regularly by the office administrator Hannah Fox who is a true asset to the company. She is very polite and respectful with a comforting manner.
Then on the 14th November the installation team of 4 arrived for a two day installation. There was one electrician and three plumbers led by the team leader Curtis Rawlings. They were all a very hard-working, courteous and friendly bunch. Once the installation was complete Curtis instructed me on the workings of the system and set up the thermostat. Giving me every confidence in the system and the company.
The company is managed by Ashleigh Berry the managing Director and I have given this company a five-star rating, but if the ratings were any higher, I would give 11 out of 10.

Our two fitter's James and Dylan have completed a brilliant job fitting our heat pump. Turned up on time, worked hard and were very informative on the whole process. On finishing they left everything clean and tidy.

Gavin the who came to us initially spent a good time with us and answere an our questions and went through everything about the heat pump. We then purchased the heat pump and Peter and Curtis came out to fit the system a week later. They spent a couple of days here and tidied up after themselves and did an amazing job fitting heat pump system and new radiators. Great team of people who worked very well together. Would highly recommend regen renewables as the system is great and has the house warm all day. They know what they are talking about as we as fitting the system. Good customer services from their hq. Would def recommend and I will be to friends and family.

A very satisfactory experience with Regen Renewables and would happily recommend their work. The whole process from initial meeting to final installation was completed within 3 weeks. All staff members were pleasant, efficient and performed their roles well.
The fitters Jason and Dylan arrived on time and worked tirelessly to complete the installation. The electrician Adam was very accomodating to run our cables under the floorboards. Jason took time to explain the most efficient way to run our heat pump which has been installed just in time for the colder weather. We were kept up to date with our payment schedule by the efficient and friendly Hannah in the office. Thank you everyone.

Got to say this was a very fast and professional service of the installation of a Samsung Heat Pump at our home.

A great experience with very helpful people to support us from the start to finish. The installation went very smoothly and both installers leaving the property clean and tidy at the end of the day. On completion, I was given a comprehensive guide on how to operate and understand the heat pump. I would certainly recommend Regen Renewables.

Very smooth installation by James, Dylan and the electrician (James). The 2 installation engineers were friendly and efficient and tidied up well. The electrician found an inventive way of connecting the heat pump with no visible wiring in the house. We had to wait an extra couple of days for a radiator to be fitted as the wrong one had been supplied. James went on to explain how the system worked and how to get the best out of it before leaving.

From start to finish everything went great, from Mark coming to introduce Regen to us to Hannah & Ashleigh at the office we couldn't fault it at all, BUT the biggest shout out was to Pete & Dylan who installed it all for us these two are very friendly always had a smile on there face & then there was the singing which we wont say much about, they arrived at 8am both days & worked straight through to finish & at the end gave a very good hand over showing us both how to work the system, left the house & outside very clean & tidy, if you want a good firm & a good team of workers these are the people to have thanks again to all of you

Everyone we dealt with were friendly and polite. The installation team turned up promptly and worked efficiently, and tidily. Through no fault of theirs there was a problem with a part in the hot water tank which meant the work wasn't completed within 2 days but the guys got the part and everything was completed by midday on the 3rd day.

From start to finish really great customer service, everything explained and checked to make sure what we were buying was what we needed.

The installation team were fantastic and very respectful of our property. The work was carried out in a very professional manner and answered any questions we had during the time they were on site. They carried a full clean and hoover through on completion of their work and all redundant equipment was removed and disposed of.

From the start of the project the communication has been timely, honest and checked that we understood.
The installation was carried out by well trained and conscientious workers. Impressed with the maintenance offer for the ongoing support of the system giving peace of mind. The installation was completed on time.

Our experience is overall that this is a good product installed by an competent and friendly company. The minor issues that arose where dealt with well.

From start to finish Regen Renewables impressed with their knowledge and expertise which together with their MCS certification, membership of HIES and EPVS and the insurance backed guarantees provided me with the necessary reassurance to proceed.
The installation team of James, Ali and Jason worked hard with technical skill to complete the job in under two days including the replacement of 9 out of 13 radiators. They were pleasant and polite and left the house clean on completion.
Unfortunately the handover was somewhat hurried and further help will be required to set up and operate the heating system as the autumn approaches.
I have no hesitation in recommending Regen Renewables.
