I would recommend Regen Renewables
Everyone I involved in buying the heat pump were polite and very helpful. The installation team left the property clean and tidy removing all rubbish from site. The handover was was well explained and set at a level for non technical pensioners.
As with new installations there was a small amount of air in the system and the video sent by the office enabled me to solve the problem.
I had a problem with blocked filters an engineer came the next day to clean.

Impressed with the company from first…
Impressed with the company from first contact to instillation. All representatives were polite and not pushy. We were kept informed throughout the process and the installation was conducted very quickly and the guys were very helpful they arrived at the promised time and completed within 2 days.

A clean and tidy installation.
The basic installation went well with most downstairs radiators and hot water cylinder being replaced. However the control system is somewhat frustrating in that the heating is wireless control but hot water is only controlled by hard wired thermostat. This seems to be industry standard at present, hopefully something heat pump manufacturers will address soon .

Air source heat pump
The quality of service was good from beginning to end . Things were explained in detail and each stage happened as told. The workmen were prompt and got straight on with the job, with a working boiler at the end of day two. Messes were cleaned, all rubbish cleared promptly, and at the end everything was explained by an experienced worker. We look forward to a much more consistent warm home.

Bianca was very patient, helpful and thorough. I felt we had all the facts, and no problem to me for making a quick decision. Edgar was slick, a bit out of my depth for technical details, but we got there in the end. The team who fitted everything worked well, both together and with us, the job was completed quicker than I expected. Chris, the Electrician could have been more helpful in keeping us aware of what he was doing. The Smart Meter we knew nothing about until almost a couple of weeks after the event, and would have been helpfully explained, also Hannah would not have been pestered so much. We also found put about the wiring outside of the house later, he was not forthcoming at all. Pete perhaps had no choice as to where he put the top lever in the Bathroom for the air outlet on the water tank, I am ringing again this afternoon to follow up my call of last week about our infirmities and the painful difficulty of operating this lever. The lack of communication left us a bit in the dark as to the finer details, where switches are going, the height as I said about the levers, may seem minor details. Thank you all for the thorough, tidy and efficient work.

First Class Experience
We’ve just had an air source heat pump installation completed by Regen Renewables and the whole process has been extremely positive.
Edgar’s expertise during the sales phase was brilliant, we had a lot of questions, so his patience was appreciated. He was knowledgeable and thorough.
The installation team, James, Dylan and Curtis were first class. Our old house threw up MANY challenges, and the team worked very hard to overcome them. They were professional and courteous throughout. I can safely say they are some of the best contractors we’ve ever had working for us. The handover was comprehensive and James didn’t mind me recording it so I’ve got it to refer back to.
The quality of equipment Regen use is high and it should be a robust system as a result. I am also impressed with the aftercare - with the maintenance plan and support.
All in all we’re happy customers and confident the system will meet our needs. Would I recommend Regen Renewables to others? Absolutely!

Quality work
Turned up when they said they would. All the guys who worked at our house were very pleasant and polite and they all worked together well. They were very flexible, working late one day because we explained we were going out the following afternoon. The quality of workmanship was great and the cleared up after themselves. Air source heat pump installation experience
Whole experience from initial sales contact to completion of installation was positive. The stages of the process were clearly defined and happened as described; there were no hidden costs. The installation team were prompt and courteous. A couple of minor teething issues, which can happen on any major works, were dealt with promptly, even if it required contact / advice out of hours.
Would recommend and would use this company again.

A quality installation... Quick and efficient.
We had been thinking about installing an Air Source Heat Pump system for some time. When we came across REGEN, they did a great job at assessing the requirements for an installation on our house and we were convinced that they would do a good quality job. We were not disappointed. They were efficient and quick, with the minimum of mess, and we believe that we have a system that is well suited to our house. They were a pleasure to deal with. Clearly, we are now learning how to use the system.

Help during fitting new system and after care was fantastic.

Regen Renewables is a well-run company
Regen Renewables is a well-run company. They kept in touch with us all the time from when we first showed interest to completion of the job. The initial visit, the survey, and the installation were all carried out very professionally, and all the people involved were easy to get on with. All the old equipment was removed from the site and everything was left clean. The work was very neat - I was particularly impressed with the plumbing work, which is a pleasure to look at!

Air Source Heat Pump…
I have had an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) system for a year now which was supplied and installed by Regen Renewables (RR). They were helpful and patient with answers to questions about the system both during installation and after by phone. The central heating timer was easy to program, but the hot water instructions were non-existent for the Hitachi unit. RR is addressing this shortcoming, but it has taken some time to get an answer. Apart from that RR has done a good job and I would recommend them. Since then RR sent out two engineers who programmed the Hitachi unit to correspond to the variable unit electricity rates which I am using and the system is working very well.
The ASHP is more expensive to run. However, if you get the right electricity supplier (I use Octopus Energy) and take advantage of the variable unit rates offered throughout the 24 hours. Then program the heating and hot water times to coincide with the low unit electricity rates, the overall running cost is lower and makes it a viable system. For example, my effective unit rates for June were £0.20603 and July £0.18488 instead of £0.2525 with the standard unit rate. I hope that this helps you to make a decision.

I would give 10 Stars! From the initial phone meetings to home visits, Regan Renewables have been courteous and professional. They listened to my concerns and needs and accommodated everything. Throughout the process I was consistently informed of timing and completion of the work. The people who came to perform the job were exemplary and efficient. The installation required two days and they completed the task quickly including clean up and final testing.
AirPump heating, check. New water heater, check. New radiators, check! No more relying on Gas heating, check!
