An excellent company with knowledge, expertise and a 'can do' attitude.
We needed to replace our 16 year old gas boiler, so being able to take advantage of the Government grant for an Air Source Heat Pump with Regen Renewables has turned out to be good timing for us. They are an excellent company to deal with. Their sales person was friendly, informative and never pushy. Their surveyor was helpful and knowledgable and their installation team were brilliant. They had a 'can do' attitude, (despite one or two challenges at our property!) worked very hard and were polite and respectful of our home, always. We have had plenty of hot water. The heating side works, but of course it has not had a true test yet due to the time of year. However, with Regen's expert knowledge and comprehensive after care, I'm confident we are in good hands.

Generally a good system
The installation of the system was good, and it is working well. We had one problem after a few weeks, but that was quickly resolved. Our only concerns are that the original survey didn't note that the cistern would not fit into the existing airing cupboard. We also should have asked more questions when the system was being sold to us.

Very attentive service
Very surprised to hear that we would be getting our annual service earlier than expected we can't actually remember the exact date,but we had no problem with that.The engineer was very pleasant and friendly and he was very attentive there was slight problem but got it all sorted good job alround.

Regen Renewables air source heat pump system
Regen Renewables came to assess if our house was suitable for installation of their air-source heat pump system. A thorough survey of the existing gas boiler heating showed where extra radiators were needed. On installation day, two people arrived with all the kit and put in 4 replacement radiators and a hot water storage cylinder, with electrical connections completed by electricians. It was all done in two days with removal of all the old system in a very competent manner. We have experienced the air-source heat pump system for a year now and found it very adequate even on the coldest winter days of 2023/24. We are glad we changed from gas heating and run the system at 21C during daytime, dropping to 16C overnight during colder weather. In hot weather, the system only heats the cylinder and thermostats off most of the time. We are happy with it.

Throughout the whole process from initial contact through to installation and problem resolution Regen have without question been efficient, caring and eager to resolve any difficulties we have come across, both from a technical standpoint to acheiving a solution that suited us.

Quick and efficient install and aftercare
Good survey and a quick and efficient installation. When I reported a few minor setup problems they returned promptly and resolved everything to my satisfaction. All the promised documentation arrived on time and was of good quality.

Efficient and well organised
Just had a heat pump installed and six radiators replaced by James, Pete, Dylan, and Jason. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and did a great job. We had a good bit of banter and chat on the way, but they were always customer orientated and polite. Cleaned up afterwards very well. It remains to be seen how well the system operates in five or so months when winter hits us - but it augurs well.
They are not the cheapest on the market by a long chalk. But I still give them 5 stars as it was my choice to go with them anyway, given my preference to work with local firms. Many thanks Regen Renewables.

Having had the system operating now for over a year.
the only concern I have is as follows
The Unit soon after installation would periodically stop.
This was due,I think, to faulty compressor which after a
prolonged period was replaced.This needed to be much quicker.
Despite this your service has been excellent.

What a very pleasant experience
What a very pleasant experience! As well as an electrician, I had 5 Regen Renewables engineers on site to install my heat pump and replace all 11 of my radiators. Curtis, James, Pete, Jason and Dylan arrived spot on time at 8.00am and, after a quick cup of coffee, they set to work and did not stop. A lot of friendly banter back and forth between them and me - it was a pleasure to have them in the house. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all scrap. I would welcome them back at any time.

Everyone, from the consultation to the fitter’s were a pleasure. Service was fast and friendly and the system has a better performance than i expected it to . Our heating bills have fallen dramatically since having an air source pump fitted. I can’t fault this company at all . Very happy customer.
