From first contact with Regen Renewables to the final instalment of our air source heating system, it was in just over two weeks. Our impressions are very favourable as we have experienced a most professional and efficient company, both from the office and field operatives. Both James and Pete, who installed the system and the electrician, worked together extremely hard as a team and kept us informed of their progress. All was completed in just over 11/2 days. At the end they tidied up leaving the property in a very clean state. Already some friends and neighbours have noticed the installation and asking how it works. All is working well with the system and we can certainly recommend it with confidence.

Curtis, Dylan and Jason arrived promptly and got on with the job without hanging about, while always courteous and willing to explain things. Generally cheerful, even when dealing with tricky old fitments which were difficult to undo and remove. Finished by early afternoon on the second day after tidying up nicely.

This is one of the rare companies which actually can claim to giver great customer service. From start to finish everyone was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. George, the salesman gave a lot of time and no pressure, Jimmy, the surveyor, turned up on time and was unobtrusive, Alistair and Jason, who carried lout the installation worked quietly, efficiently and were not at all impatient with a lot of, to them, probably, very basic questions. A great experience from start to finish. They deserve to grow quickly.

Regen Renewables has been efficient and thorough in every respect. The engineers were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They worked really hard for two and half days in atrocious weather efficiently and uncomplainingly.
A couple of minor post installation adjustments have been cleared up with a prompt visit. The system is working well.
In retrospect our only concern is that the initial sales meeting, being very thorough indeed, was unexpectedly long (at least 3 hours.)

The whole process was controlled by the staff at headquarters.
I have one thing to consider which needs emphasising in the pre-order stage:
“Use of a very well insulated hot water tank much reduces the function of an airing cupboard. However it does reduce operating costs.”

We are very pleased with this company. The surveyor found a way to fit the system to our non conventional house, which has resulted in us having a pump that is black rather than white ( which we much prefer) and it is super quiet. The plumbers and electrician were pleasant, helpful and worked in a clean and tidy way to deliver the system even though they were cramped in a small low attic. Our only suggestion would be to give an idea of the time the sales pitch takes as we had an appointment and had to leave before it was finished. The salesman came back later but it meant a long day for him and us!

We recently had an air to water heat pump installed by Regen in place of our previous gas boiler. Everything went smoothly with the installation which was done in 2 days as arranged and the final job looks very neat and tidy. More importantly it all works very well. We keep the heating on permanently as advised by Regen and the house is very comfortable, and with significantly reduced heating costs. The sound of the heat pump was one of our concerns but it is not intrusive, so altogether we are very pleased with the outcome.

The whole of the company from initial contact to surveyor to office staff to installers were extremely courteous, friendly, and highly professional. Curtis, Pete and Adam arrived promptly on day 1 and worked continuously throughout the day.
Day 2 was the same and everything was left clean and tidy and apart from having a new heating system you'd never know they had been.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who takes the problems our planet faces seriously!

excellent service from start to finish. honesty constantly checking we understand their processes and how they work. the team who came to do the installation worked superbly poetry in motion. Excellent tradesmen exceptional skills plumbing tech skills, very organised always checking each others work making sure they cleared up quickly. very socialable but did not allow it to interfer with their wok ethics. Absolutely superb workmanship. Team effort and the extension team coming in very respectful. i would be happy to have them work for us again if ever we change our address or needed to use them again. we are in awe off the work and workmanship. My husband was in the trade (painting decorating) so even he was so impressed with them thank you a million you said roughly two days to instal and that is exactly what we got. Even the bad weather did not interfer with them. WOW WoW

Thoroughly impressed with our experience with Regen Renewables. We had an 8kW Samsung Quiet heat pump installed and it genuinely is really quiet. Sometimes you can't even tell it's running unless you put your head in front of the fan and feel the cold air on your face!

From Edgar's initial discussion and the thoroughness of his survey, I felt that we were in safe hands. Alisdair and Peter worked so hard over a 2-day installation to get it all done on time, but always with calm assurance and a determination to do a really neat job of it too (they succeeded!) They were super friendly and happy to answer my many questions or admit if there was something they didn't know, which I appreciated.

They (and the electrician & apprentice who briefly joined them on Day 2) also accommodated several requests we had, such as routing cables from the existing consumer unit and invisibly up through an internal wall. We were keen to ensure we'd still be able to fit shelves for towels in the cylinder cupboard, which worked out great, and they routed pipes and capped the gas supply such that we could fit a new cupboard where the old boiler had been.

We have had a few minor teething problems since the installation, but all have been fixed quickly and professionally. None of them have affected the heat pump's ability to keep our house lovely and warm through the coldest weather this winter (-5 degrees yesterday, which it handled with ease).

I'm generally quite critical of work done in our home and there are a few tradespeople I'd never leave a good review for, or go near again, but I'd have no reservations in recommending Regen Renewables to anyone considering switching to a heat pump (and you really should!)

Regen Renewables fitted our air source heat pump a few months ago. We didn't review straight away as there was a leak, and we were waiting for a replacement part to be fitted. We were also waiting to see how the pump fared in cold weather!
We are very pleased with our heat pump. All the Regen people we have dealt with at every level have been very professional and pleasant. The work was done with very little disruption to us considering the scale of the job. We would recommend Regen to anyone considering a heat pump.

The installation was performed by a friendly and efficient team who clearly knew their business and explained in detail what they were doing. The back room staff were charming and kept us well informed throughout the process from order to installation of our solar panels.

The team from Regen Renewables were very helpful and explained all the procedures required. The installers ensured that as much pipework as possible was hidden from view.

My positive experience very much mirrors that of other reviewers. Customer relations have been good. The technical team know their profession and the team of fitters were a pleasure, taking pride in their workmanship when installing the heat pump. The pipework is almost a work of art. Some of my friends and relatives were very skeptical when I told them of my plans due to the bad press some installers have generated. They are now curious to find out how things are working out for me. It's only been a week, but so far so good. Maybe I will be able to change their opinion, and if so I will point them in the direction of Regen Renewables.

From the outset I have found Regen Renewables a really professional, efficient and friendly company to deal with. At the initial discussions a full explanation was given of all the issues to consider when making the decision to change to a heat pump and all my questions were clearly answered. After the follow-up survey of the system requirements I was given a clear and detailed survey document explaining what changes would need to be made to radiators etc. The installation team worked incredibly hard, wasting no time at all and all working together in an extremely organised manner. They were friendly and considerate and took the trouble to explain everything very clearly and tidied up everything at the end of the day. Whilst the installation was expected to take 2 days, a problem arose due to a blockage in my older pipework, but on the third day the team worked relentlessly in a really methodical way to track this down, replacing necessary pipework so that finally all worked as it should. Having then commissioned the system, they took the time to explain the function of the thermostat etc which seems very straightforward.
Throughout the process the office staff have all been equally helpful and efficient. I am already impressed with how the pump is functioning, even though it has only just been installed. I would definitely recommend Regen Renewables as an excellent company to deal with.

We had our air source heat pump installed at the end of June and are very happy with the results.
Everyone we dealt with was polite and helpful. The office staff that I spoke to on several occasions were excellent helping us to understand the difference in price between companies and putting our minds at rest over a variety of queries. Everyone was patient and polite, as were the fitters.
The latter worked very hard, trying to be as unobtrusive as they could and not wasting any time. At the end of the installation they checked that all was working at it should and when one piece of equipment did not respond as expected, they took it out and fitted another. Our property is old and did not offer an easy and straight forward installation, but they overcame the obstacles they found. They cleared all the things that had to be taken out and put some shelves that were taken down back up which was great. However there was need for an extra sheet in the entrance hall on the second day when it rained and there were extra workers.
I would also change the time it took in the initial "chat" to find out about cost – which we brought up – an idea of the range of prices is helpful before you are asked if you want to go ahead. It would also have been good to know that the pipes would be insulated in black as it makes a difference to a cream-coloured house. However, these points do not detract from the overall excellence of the installation and the efficiency with which it was done.
We would definitely recommend the company and indeed have already done so.

The two lads who came to explain everything were very friendly and helpful. The Engineer who came to measure up and confirm everything, missed out a few things, but never mind. When the lads came to install everything the Hot water cyclinder was the wrong size as originally intended becuase they were out of stock. The siting of this had to be rejigged which was a bit of a pain but was done efficiently. They were finished and done within 1 1/2 days and cleaned up after themselves. The explanation of the workings was in plain simple language and I would recommend the company to everyone. Thank you Regen.

The work was completed well within the scheduled two days. They left no mess and the system was fully explained to us on handover.
