Directed me to hardware store vs. helping me replace a piece of installation hardware

Echo the sentiments of other reviewers. Customer service is poor, I paid for a $50 towel hook and their hardware failed on first installation and they directed me to a hardware store to replace a $2 hanger bolt rather than sending a replacement for this specific product.

The instructions are also very poorly written and doesn't mention the hanger bolt size, so I had to spend 20-minutes in the hardware store finding the right size.

Poor return policies and horrible…

Poor return policies and horrible customer service. Unfortunately if you’re stuck with a bad product you’ve lost your money.

When I called customer service they gave me reasons it would cost me more money to return and I should just keep the bad product instead and take the loss.

They don’t have an option to leave a review on their website and I now know why. This will be the last I ever buy from them.

Unacceptable Customer Service

I’ve been a loyal customer of Rejuvenation for years, but this experience has completely changed my mind.

I paid over $100 for shipping on a light fixture that was supposed to ship within the week — it took nearly a month. When I finally received a delivery confirmation, the photo clearly showed it was delivered to the wrong house. I emailed immediately and received no response for three business days. I called the customer service number and the representative was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She refused to send a replacement, insisted the issue wasn’t their fault, told me there was no supervisor available because she "worked from home," and ultimately hung up on me when I asked for her info after shouting at me. This experience has cost them a loyal customer.

Utterly useless product, not returnable

I bought 12 curtain rings. Each one comes individually wrapped in two layers of plastic. I had to unwrap six in order to try to hang a curtain. When I did, I saw immediately that the curtain rings are utterly useless and unable to hold up even very lightweight linen fabric for more than 30 seconds. I wanted to return them, but things cannot be returned that are not in their original packaging. Also $15 shipping and handling for this tiny order was highway robbery. There is clearly a reason this website does not allow reviews on its own website. I would never buy from this company again.

I bought the shaw walnut 3 drawer…

I bought the shaw walnut 3 drawer vanity for over 4,000$. its been installed for 2 months and has 2 big splits in the wood up the side. Ill never trust a company that doesn't allow buyer reviews on their sight anymore. They know its junk.

My nurse jamie was so very nice from the moment she greated me until the treatment was finished. Jamie was so very kind and considerate during the whole procedure, Jamie made my experience a pleasure she explained the procedure to me fully and all about the after care that I needed to carry out once the procedure was finished and i was at home and the days following. If ever i need the procedure repeated i will request Jamie as my nurse to carry out my procedure again, thank you Jamie!

Veneer cracking on dresser after less than one year

Bought the Shaw 6-Drawer Dresser and less than one year after it was delivered, the wood veneer began bubbling and cracking. Rejuvenation opened an investigation since it has been less than one year but they refused to do anything to replace or fix the item. The dresser was used normally in a temperature controlled apartment and cleaned only with a duster. The quality is garbage.

$3,000 Chair, Two-Year Lifespan

I purchased a Performance Boater Bouclé chair in Ore approximately two years ago for around $3,000. The chair is described as “heirloom quality,” yet after about two years of normal use, the backrest springs began protruding through the upholstery. This represents a significant structural failure for a product at this price point.

I contacted customer service and was informed that, as the chair is out of warranty, there was nothing they could do. Given the marketing claims and cost, this outcome is disappointing.

Recommendation: I would not purchase furniture from this brand.

Beware of Rejuvenation and Their Poor Customer Care

I contacted Customer Care at Rejuvenation Hardware a month ago seeking a replacement for a minor part (latch) for one of their very expensive door knob sets. For context, the latch which is made of a soft metal, broke into 3 pieces making the door knob inoperable. As if this wasn’t bad enough, my youngest daughter was trapped inside her room until I could remove the entire door knob set. For my troubles, I was offered a 10% on my next purchase (as if I would buy anything from them in the future). The sad part is, all I want is a replacement of the door latch. My message to those considering any purchase from Rejuvenation Hardware is to consider a more reputable option.

MAJOR BUYERS REMORSE

MAJOR BUYERS REMORSE: Let my $800 mistake be a lesson to all--take a sec to research the items you are interested in. I am building a house and my designer found items on Rejuvenation.com I liked. I will take full accountability in that I should've dug deeper into the 24" fireclay utility sink I purchased for $1789. Had I done a quick Google search, I would have seen that the IDENTICAL sink (same name, dimensions, place of origin, etc) could be purchased for as low as $1199 with no tax and free shipping. Rejuvenation charges 10% shipping regardless of the item's weight, which for a 68 lb sink seem palatable, but I almost made an even bigger mistake in purchasing their Davoli burnished brass kitchen faucet & hot water dispenser that, with shipping, put the total purchase price over $5,000. Found the IDENTICAL faucet (California Faucet Davoli) for hundreds less and free shipping through my local design center. Rejuvenation is just a ripoff reseller when I naively thought their items were unique to them. Will return to their website for design inspo only.

No help with defective product

I purchased a $1300 chandelier (Paltò Alto Mixed Globe 5-light Multipendant) 18 months ago and one of the globes suddenly stopped working (tried changing the bulb of course). I also had an issue with removing one of the globe toppers which was like welded in place. I understood the product was not new and did not expect a full refund but hoped to work with the company on a partial refund or even a coupon code towards a new product. They would do nothing for me. Clearly they do not stand by their products, and I would not order from them again.

High Prices, Poor Quality, Awful Service

Our expensive Rejuvenation outdoor lighting fixture came with an ill-fitting glass globe shade that leaked from day one -- water runs down the outside of the shade into the fixture itself. A design flaw -- no gaskets, just glass on metal. We should have returned it. We've tried several hacks over the last few years, no luck. Since they don't sell it anymore (it's curiously still on their website), and have no replacement parts for it, they were delighted to offer me 10% off another over-priced, low-quality product that comes with no discernible customer service. Their service reps have to call "leadership" to make a decision so it was back and forth with lengthy wait times. I cannot in good conscience recommend these folks, and exercising good common sense, will not purchase a single thing from them again.

slow delivery/can't order replacement parts

I ordered a cabinet that came in 2 months later than initially estimated.
We finally received the cabinet and had it installed. The countertop fabricator accidentally lightly damaged one of the doors during countertop installation so I called rejuvenation to order a replacement door only to be told they do not sell parts and they refused to give me information on the manufacturer so i could order a new door. They also refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I would never order products from them again.

I cannot believe the poor quality of…

I cannot believe the poor quality of the items at Rejuvenation. We bought 17 x $91 drawer pulls that were two tone (brass and oil rubbed bronze--Harlow pulls) . Every one of them has the finish rubbing or chipping off. I am beyond a year so I can't get anything in return. They are also just beyond 8 inches so you can only replace with more poor quality items from Rejuvenation. At a total expenditure of close to $3000 for pulls (our knobs were from here as well), I was shocked that there was no quality control. We will have to either keep the lousy pulls, patch the holds and refinish or buy more poor quality pulls. I can't believe the number of one star reviews.

Awful experience

Awful experience. My interior designers ordered a bathroom vanity (Wallace 36" Single Vanity) which shipped in three parts - the base cabinet, the stone countertop, and the sink basin. The countertop crate arrived empty with no stone countertop. Just the foam packaging and manual. I was told to wait another month for the replacement to come. It did eventually come, but then when my plumber went to install the sink we realized they did not include the under sink mounting clips - just the screws and washers. But NO clips. These clips were missing from both of the manual packets (manual came in a plastic bag with the screws and washers) from both of the shipments... so we had to order clips from a different source. Total inconvenience, and now my plumber has to come back a different day. There is ZERO quality control when they package and send out their shipments.

THEN, I also ordered a surface bolt for double doors we had installed (Plain Surface Bolt) only to literally have it break within two weeks of use. The small metal bead that is supposed to catch and hold the bolt in place popped out. Now the one I ordered is suddenly no longer available. So I had to order the same one, but in a larger size so I could get the right finish and have my screw holes that were already drilled into my new doors to match up. If not for the screw holes, I would have ordered a different surface bolt from a different company entirely.

SUPER annoyed with this company. Super shitty shipments - buyer BEWARE with anything you order from them. Your item may come missing important parts! Quality overall is not impressive.

“White glove delivery” scam. Useless and disinterested Cust Service. Garbage product

Went to order a planter, unchecked ‘white glove delivery’ (which is trickily selected by default), submit the order form and it errors. I submit again and I get an order confirmation with the white glove delivery fee of $100 along with the regular $100 shipping fee and an additional mystery $17 shipping fee. I call immediately to say that I don’t want white glove delivery and they just tell me that there’s nothing they can do that the order is already ‘being processed’. Of course I don’t get a shipping confirmation for weeks afterwards. Such a scam. This is the second time something along these lines has happened to me at rejuvenation. I hate this company. The planter arrived today, by the way, the $200 planter that ended up costing almost $500, it isn’t nice. Much less attractive than the picture. Never ordering from a Willams Sonoma company again.

This company is a scam! Do not buy from them! Spent 260 on 6 hooks, after a Mo th of not hearing anything about the order shipping I asked for a return / order cancellation. No one ever replied, never received the items.

Beautiful hardware, awful service

Beautiful hardware, disconnected from reality on service.

We bought a $500 door knob a few years ago and a unique interior part recently broke making it unusable. It happens. Customer service picked up on the first ring but informed us they don’t sell replacement parts. So to replace a single part, I need to rebuy the entire set.

Either guarantee your work or give me the opportunity to fix it myself.
