Fantastic mattress, I'm really happy with it.

I ordered a king size divan bed and pocket sprung mattress from my local store, which was delivered within a few weeks. However although the divan base was very well made, the mattress was appalling. It was lumpy and bumpy and had body shaped dips in it to the point that I suspect it was somebody else’s reject. Our local store were polite but reluctant to take responsibility, saying they had to contact the manufacturer and we had to have it inspected and surveyed before they could do anything. To cut a long story short we took legal advice and that helped us to achieve a full refund. I would say to anyone that is finding it difficult to get anywhere with their complaint that the law is on your side and the retailer is solely responsible for sorting this out for you - just research it and make sure you know what your rights are under the law and don’t let them fob you off.

Beautiful mattresses, well packaged and expertly delivered. We were unable to take delivery due to a family emergency, Relyon managed the whole operation seamlessly and kept us in full communication all the way.
The mattresses are ridiculously comfortable and clearly made with high end craftsmanship. We will definitely buy again!

If I were you, I’d avoid Relyon altogether. Both their mattresses and divans are poor quality. I bought a super king divan and mattress from Land of Beds — the drawers fell apart, and the mattress sagged quickly, making it uncomfortable. They replaced it, but the second mattress started sagging from the very first night and now causes back pain for both of us. To make matters worse, they show no interest in standing behind their slogan, “The best beds in the world.” So don’t expect support — you’ll be on your own.
Will never buy another Relyon and nor should you.

I bought an expensive single mattress (Relyon Henley) from a reputable bed retailer in February. Four months later significant sagging has made the mattress very uncomfortable and has caused back problems. I am awaiting a visit from an assessor to evaluate the mattress by a company called Castelan. I have been reading Trust pilot reviews about Relyon and have absolutely no confidence that the assessment will work in my favour. From what others have experienced it seems that the assessment outcome is always in Relyon’s favour. Relyon consistently advise Trust Pilot reviewers that their natural mattresses have a settling in period. My understanding that “settling in” means a mattress gets more comfortable - this is not the reality. Sagging does not lead to comfort but instead pain and sleepless nights.
THIS COMPANY WENT INTO ADMINISTRATION IN 2020 AND IS NOW PRODUCING SUB STANDARD PRODUCTS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Adding to the problem is the fact that I first reported the problem to the retailer in mid-July and I didn't here from the assessor until September.
