Lovely bed. The level of customer service was outstanding, the quality of the mattress was superb, and I would highly recommend using this company.

I recently bought a new Carisbrooke Wool zip off topper mattress. It is wonderfully comfortable to sleep on and has the added reassurance of being easy maintenance, with its zip off topper that only needs to be shaken periodically to restore its comfort levels. Definitely a keeper!!

Great quality mattress bought from oak furniture land. The staff in store recommended Relyon as a good quality brand at a reasonable price.Delivered quickly and after 2 weeks use I can honestly say this is the comfiest mattress ever.

Delighted with my Relyon mattress and divan set from last year. Great to see a UK supplier providing such excellent quality.
Had a minor issue on delivery but customer service was brilliant and solved it immediately. I can understand fully why M&S, Next and John Lewis choose Relyon to supply their own label mattresses.

Unfortunatley for us we too like many others on here have fallen into grasp of poor customer service and poor standard of product. £1000 mattress and 14months later the fabric has fell away from the stitching leaving us with little holes all over the top of our gel mattress.

Dont worry though, their response states that it must be us. They believe we have made the fabric fray from the stitching, we have put the holes there. Because of course thats what any responsible individual who has spent a £1000 does.

Their customer service is appalling. Do not get pulled in by their guarentee as its or for the jargon of a family run business.

Myself and husband recently purchased a new mattress. The comfort and quality is fantastic. Now wake up with no pain and feel rested. I would definitely purchase another Reylon mattress! Highly recommend.

Bought a new mattress, had a Relyon before and was really happy with it's longevity and comfort. Just bought a Luxury Silk Pillow Top and it's just as good. Very happy.

Bought another Relyon Mattress recently (it’s the only brand I ever buy due to the quality that I’ve learned to accept) - just wanted to share that yet again my Partner and I are delighted with a great well made product - it really is a delight to sleep on and brings with it a great nights sleep. Really happy with my recent purchase from Relyon. From delivery to first night sleep in my new bed the whole experience has been brilliant. The divan bed I chose is so unbelievably comfortable- I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks!

I recently purchased a Braemar king size mattress direct and I’m very pleased with the comfort and quality. My partner says that their quality of sleep has improved considerably over the memory foam mattress we had. I suppose it goes to show that paying a little more pays off. Highly recommended.

My husband and I bought a new King size Relyon mattress with a lovely super comfy top section attached to the mattress. I've deliberately waited a few months before leaving a review as I wanted to check we would still be as pleased as we were initially. I'm delighted to say we are, it is wonderful, so comfy and we both feel well rested now we have this lovely new mattress. It is easy to turn around with the handles both sides even though it has some weight to it. We also purchased a new base with 4 drawers to replace the 2 drawer unit we had previously, so much better and provides fab storage. Lovely fabric and quality. Would definitely recommend investing in a Relyon bed, such good quality.

Me and my partner bought a £800 Relyon mattress as a direct replacement to an old Relyon she has been using for the last 10 years with no issues. The mattress dips horribly and has caused us both very bad back issues that no other mattress ever has. After sending an email with my concerns, I was told that they had decided its related to comfort. This was a reply to an email, without seeing the mattress. Do not buy a mattress from this company.

I bought a mattress, from a reputable shop. in Canterbury, which cost in the region of £1200 in July 2023. It dipped badly on both sides after only a couple of months (my husband and I are lightweights!) and someone came out and said it was within normal tolerances. Now about 18 months on it has dipped so badly that I feel like I'm falling out of the side and the hump in the middle is so huge that I can't even roll onto it! This is a terrible mattress and infinatelly worse than the 8 year old Kaymed one that it replaced and is so uncomfortable that it has to be replaced.

£1200 mattress sagged in the middle after a year. Relyon came out, and measured the drop in the middle of both sides of the bed. The technician even commented that it was a very large drop. But they decided its not a manufacturing issue (even though IMO the product is not fit for purpose), so nothing they can do. Feel like I've set fire to my cash. Now having to replace it. Very frustrating experience and the last and only time I will ever buy a Relyon.

I purchased a Relyon mattress for nearly 2K after testing within a store. It was very uncomfortable when it arrived and I was advised this was “settlement” ha how naive I was to believe that, seems to be a tactic to over run your trial period so you can no longer return it.

After 6 months the mattress has massive dips where me and partner sleep (both weigh 10stone) reported this and an independent report was completed, very unhappy with the testing I witnessed and the outcome which is laughable. All within industry standards apparently, so please be wary that Relyon are happy to provide mattresses that dip substantially within a year and cause major back ache.

Industry standards and current methods of testing need an independent review, as this is totally unacceptable.

Relyon have declined to do anything about their faults so I have a year and half old mattress which is absolutely useless which unfortunately will be at the tip soon!

Other Trustpilot reviews clearly reflect the subpar standards this company upholds. Denial, profiteering tactics, faulty products and awful customer services.

I will never ever buy anything from this company again and will ensure no one I know will ever make the same mistake I have.

Literally called Oak furniture land to take it back after 2 nights sleep. The dip left after 2 nights was a joke. Shame I can't upload pictures as you'd believe the bed was a year old. My wife is under 5ft and light as a feather. If you saw the bed after 2 nights you'd think a giant had slept in it. Oak furniture land didn't argue and accepted it back and collected it straight away. For an £1100 mattress it's seriously worrying how poor the quality was. Have now got an origin mattress for far less money and so far so good

I had the relyon extra firm mattress since June 2017 that i bought from Counsins Furniture.
this is one of the few reviews that i do, but i had to do justice to whoever hand makes these mattresses.
After all these years the mattress is still as good as new, didn’t dip at all, which is very weird because i had to change my children’s mattresses so many times while i didn’t have to change mine.
Me and my husband are both tall and on the heavy side so this mattress was perfectly made for us and to support our body. It offer’s the best sleep you can ever have.
And it has a more affordable price than some other mattresses out there.
Very happy and will always buy the same mattress from you.

I've just received my new Relyon Balmoral mattress. It's fantastic quality and so comfortable. I was lucky enough to visit the Relyon factory recently and saw the level of hand crafted detail and traditional workmanship first hand. Relyon makes thousands of mattresses each month and as well as their own brand they make for top retailers like M&S, John Lewis and Next. Excellent quality products and highly recommended.

We have had a Relyon Great Wool Bed for several years now and it is used by all our visitors. It has had a lot of use recently and everyone who uses it all say it is the most comfortable bed they have slept in. The comfort, quality and durability of these Relyon beds is outstanding.
