BUYER BEWARE AND I MEAN BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE AND I MEAN BEWARE , THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH , WE GOT TWO ENGINES FROM THEM AMD BOTH CAME FROM A SCRAP YARD WHEN WE THOUGHT WE WERE ACTUALLY BUYING A REMAN . TO GET AN ANSWER OR HELP YOU WAIT FOR HOURS ON THE PHONE AND THEN EXPECTING A CALL BACK , YOU CAN FORGET IT . WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANOTHER ENGINE FROM THIS PLACE. HERE IT IS 5/13/25 AND WE HAVE A WARRANTY ISSUE THAT HAS YET TO BE RESOLVED FROM 3/28/25 . THEY DONT KNOW ANY ANSWERS WHEN YOU CALL THEM , ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS !!!! BUY IF YOU WANT BUT , THAT YOU WILL REGRET DOING IT .

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about our customer service experience. We appreciate your kind words about our team being friendly and helpful. Since you didn't end up making a purchase, we understand that buying online can be a big decision, especially for something like an engine. We completely get your concerns about sending a large sum of money to a company you've never dealt with before. If you're still considering the purchase, we'd be happy to provide more information or answer any specific questions you might have. We're here to help and want to make sure you feel confident in your decision, whether that's with us or another company. Furthermore, the reason why we only accept credit cards is to provide you with an extra layer of protection.
