Reman-Engine.com Avis

Called in and talked to a couple of people and the final person Shelly was the biggest help of all so the five star goes to her for her help , thank you

Jay was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

I appreciated the upfront honesty and openness. It was a breath of fresh air. I wasn't "sold" anything - I was given information, and I could ask all the questions I wanted, but at no time did anyone say something like "we can ship it to you today" or "you want me to get the order started" or something else that tries to "close" the deal. I really appreciated that. Upon arrival, the engine was inspected by my mechanic. He does a lot of engines. I mean... A LOT. And he said "this is probably the cleanest and best reman I've ever seen." He was also impressed with the quality of the gasket set (they're usually junk and have to buy a better set), and we were both amazed that it came with VVT sensors.

Knowledgeable staff handle my situation very quickly, Highly recommended

Easy to navigate. Had the right parts i needed.

Service was awesome ,tim at extension 1919 helped me figure out why my card was declined . And after taking his advise and calling my cards security we we’re able to get it fixed . Thank you Tim 1919 😎

Spoke with Reman's rep Shelly -- she was great and knowledgeable -- reman engine price was reasonable -- definitely coming back for another reman with this company --

Starting with Shelly with phone order. She is very knowledgeable and was very helpful every step of the way.

A rep gave wrong information, now want to charge a restocking fee for something they did not send.

Website very user friendly and provides thorough information. Was able to locate what I was searching easily. Telephoned to verify the correctness of my order. Was connected to a representative quickly and he was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Reman-Engine.com
