6 moves over 18 years in the military. These guys were by far the best. Polite, courteous, careful with our stuff. Hard working and efficient.

Not the easiest thing for anyone of that age to go through but the lads took care of everything and know she was very thankful for paying an extra few quid for the complete service. I know she was re assured how organised and experienced the lads were.

Truly excellent service I would highly recommend! I had to ship some huge boxes to Nashville full of family heirlooms from my son’s great grandmother & his childhood toys, deeply sentimental stuff. I’m 73, not good online and Jessica was so patient with my numerous phone calls & so understanding & kind. You would not find a better service anywhere at a better price.

I recently moved with Removals from Leicestershire to Malaga.

The move was complex in that there was a Baby Grand Piano and a few pictures that were very valuable to me.

Crates were provided for the Piano and the pictures and everything arrived safe and sound and within the timescale advised. I was aware from a family member who moved across to Spain a year ago that the paperwork could prove to be very complex but the support I received from the office in taking care of this was invaluable and certainly took the stress out of moving.

A very big thank you to everyone involved.

I recently moved from Essex to benidorm with removals and we had a 3 bedroom house - all packed up and loaded with 2 days and then delivered within the week. They took care of all paperwork for customs which was a massive help - thank you all and I'll have no hesitation in moving with you again

Absolutely awful communication. Kept trying to book it in before I told them what days I needed it done, repeatedly. I was just about to tell them I'd go somewhere else, if it hasn't been an urgent moving job for the next day I would've! Took way too long to get a time sorted (5pm today). Woke up at half 10 to a bunch of messages asking what time his men can come down to do the job, despite us already agreeing 5pm, the last message cancelling the job due to no contact. I WAS ASLEEP!! absolutely awful. Issue after issue with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I should definitely had read this comments before.
I spoke with an agent called KATE SAUNDERS (please remember this name). She will be great and very fast response until the moment you pay them. After that, be ready to write 3 follow up e-mails to get a response. If that was the issue with them, still ok, just an awful customer service. But that’s just the beginning. After having my goods collected in the UK, I started chasing kate (which doesn’t reply) for what will be the delivery date of my goods, after the 3rd e-mail I got a generic answer saying that my goods would be delivered in some time in 2 or 3 weeks. After that, a few weeks later on Thursday afternoon (5 PM more specifically), she sends me an e-mail saying that my goods would be delivered next day, without informing a slot. I replied to her saying that I was going to travel and I could only received before 4 PM, since I had no one else to receive them or from Wednesday o worlds which I would have came back home - she (very impolitely) said that my load would’t arrive before 4pm and if I wasn’t home my load would be sent back to UK and I wouldn’t receive a reimbursement from it.
Kate was very inflexible, didn’t propose any solution and was ALWAYS very impolite.
In the end I don’t know what will happen with my moving goods, I don’t know what will happen with they 1k GBP I payed for this service. I’ll probably will need to solve this legally.

So, it’s clear that this is not a serious company, they don’t have compromise or care about their customers. You can find much better service with similar rates on other companies. DONT FULL YOURSELF FOR KATES FAST RESPONSE ON YOUR QUOTE.

Tony picked up my Daughters furniture etc to put into storage.Such a Professional Man,very reliable,there was more there then we thought,and Tony put all this into the storage unit.Brilliant Company,we are going to call them again to move my Daughter into her property next month.I would highly recommend them.Resonably priced as well.Thank you so much Tony at H &A.

Heard this firm went bankrupt and is under receivership. We had paid Removals.co.uk in full. They never paid their suppliers. All of our household goods are currently being held by a local delivery firm until we pay them money.

I needed to move from NI to Spain after Brexit and amid COVID-19 travel/movement restrictions, but most of the removal companies I contacted just refused to provide the service or provided crazy quotes (thousands of pounds) and delivery times (months).

Michelle was nice and of great assistance (although each e-mail exchange would take 1 or 2 days) and got the job done. All my stuff was picked up at my doorstep by DHL and delivered at my new address in just 3 days (although I was expecting it to take 2-3 weeks), and at a reasonable cost!

PLEASE NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY
I DONT THINK THEY EVEN HAVE THERE OWN VAN REMOVAL STAFF THERE JUST BROKERS ! They gave me 6 months of misery getting one Luton van of furniture from the uk to SPAIN , they continually lie and keep adding costs so Please NEVER EVER USE THESE COWBOYS !!!!!

I had been in contact with Kate for a while and had mentioned my departure date from the UK - getting close to the move out date, Kate simply said that she was booked for 8 weeks and that if I wanted, I would get another agent to collect it though the price would go up by almost £300

It didn’t go beyond the initial communication because they didn’t seem to care at all. It was about a move from the UK to Canada so of course I am worried about our goods and how successfully they will arrive at the destination. I expected a good service and was nothing but horrible. Short and uninformed answers, I had to ask things again and again. I spoke to Kate and it was the most unpleasant experience that I ever had, and I have had worked in customer service for many years now and I spoke to thousands of people already. I don’t recommend it, especially after reading all the online reviews. Not truth-worthy at all. Shame for them, because they have lost a client, money and a good review. Good for me because I found a different, extremely professional company and way cheaper than Removals.co.uk.

Requested quotes from several comapnies and this was by far the best value. Good and responsive customer service, answering all my questions & concerns quickly and effectively. The removal itself was very smooth from pick-up to delivery.
