Nothing was too much, no sales pressure but no time pressure either. I was supported with all the options to make the right decision for me.
I was very happy once it came. It looks great. Fantastic quality. I would definitely recommend this company, professional, experienced, friendly and helpful.

Order REN_0025 - Purchased a £1k bath and a £300 bath waste.
About a year later in Aug 2024 the waste started leaking around the seal making it unusable.
Replacement screws have been sent out twice only for it to start happening again. Had to pay for a plumber to come out and say it was beyond repair and inherently a faulty product.
Had to pay for a Geberit plastic shallow trap at half the price which drains about 3 times as fast as this brass one and has worked perfectly since install.
Requested a refund/partial refund under obligtions of consumer rights act back in September.
I have had to chase them many times over email and promises of non existent call backs. They asked for me to return the item for inspection - it was sent a month ago so now I'm £300 down and no product to show for it.
A completely unhelpful attitude and no sense of obligation to their legal rights.
Will be pursuing a small claim in the courts if it isn't resolved quickly - the whole experience has been exhausting.
These are nice products but this particular waste isn't fit for purpose and if they go wrong the customer service is non existent.

Top products at great prices. Purchased the Rimini bath painted in Farrow & Ball paint. They use the genuine paint not a colour match like you get at other companies. Free of charge delivery too. One very happy lady!

We are a little disappointed in the bath. The paintwork is shoddy - the line where the outside colour (black) meets the white enamel on the lip of the bath is badly painted and there are chips on all of the feet. They provided touch up paint, but when you are paying so much for a bath I think that details like this matter. It’s not like you can easily send a cast iron bath back, so my builder is now going to have to go round with a paintbrush, redoing all the edges and touching up the feet. I wouldn’t order from Renaissance again.
*** UPDATE***
We are now being blamed for what is clearly shoddy workmanship. Renaissance sent us a video of the bath in the showroom which fails to depict the issue we are having (which is with the paintwork) and are saying that it is an issue that is "often the result of movement or handling during installation". It is so very obviously an issue caused when they painted the bath that we're shocked that this is their response!

Excellent Customer Service
I bought a beautiful bath and due to delays with my building work, they kept it in storage for months before delivery. The team were so helpful with all my questions, especially since it had a shallow trap and this was problematic. Then we had an accident and caused a small chip and they sent a repair kit and instructions, completely free of charge. Happy to recommend highly.

I bought a Lorenzo bath and it is gorgeous. I have a tiny bathroom so was looking for a compact comfortable deep bath and this works brilliantly. Disaster almost struck when I couldn’t find the bolts to attach the feet on the last day of the refit. Customer services went above and beyond to get replacements to me the next day. Great product and great customer services.
They are offering ex display items on their website that are not available, to draw you in and upsell!
Have left them messages, tried to call them asking for further information, but they don’t return your call or respond to emails. Avoid at all cost!

Impressive and exceptional customer service, product quality and value for money.
Purchased a logburner from Renaissance at Home. Cost was significantly less than other sellers. Online purchase could not have been quicker or easier. Immediate confirmation of order and delivery slot within 24 hours of order offered.
My preferred delivery date was immediately confirmed. I was able to telephone Renaissance on the day of delivery for a precise delivery time and hey! no endless and tedious options, promotions and messages, no nerve jangling muzak, just a super efficient representative who answered quickly and provided the requested information.
Delivery was slick and helpful. Everything as it should be and seldom is.
Thank you Renaissance.

Firstly, the bathtub was never advertised as faulty or not fit for purpose.
Regardless of how much we paid, in this case a huge amount of money for us the item has to be fit for use. Sadly we are not millionaires like your shareholders. Damage to the tub is not a problem, damage would mean a knock, scratches etc. and these were not advertised either.
You have offered to send me a 5 pounds glue off Amazon to fix a bath worth 4200 pounds. Unacceptable!! No glue will be a permanent fix. Because when the glue fails I will have water everywhere in my house.
You have also requested to send the tub to you at a cost to us of 200 pounds so you can use the 5 pound glue to seal the holes in the tub.
Bottom line for everyone to know buying a Hurlingham Bath can be risky as it may leak and the hassle is not worth it.
This is not the first time you mess up you are just very good at deleting all trace of negative feedback from your customers.
You should be ashamed of yourself! You are not craft man if items like this are getting out of Hurlingham Baths.
I would be very careful of buying because if anything goes wrong you will have to fight for your money back.
It is truly hard to express my disappointment with this company and with their sister company Renaissance-at home.
We have purchased a Hurlingham bath tub that I have seen online and I absolutely loved, hoping to redo my bathroom.
The nightmare started for us when my bathroom fitter showed me that the tub was leaking through different sides and water coming out through the mother of pearl bits that lined the tub.
We were failed first by the manufacturer who clearly didn’t do a great job then the person who inspected the tub and finally by the customer service that have failed to come back to me with option despite the fact I emailed them last Friday so a week ago.
The stress with having construction work stopped in my house because the builder simply can’t carry on finishing my bathroom, we have incurred costs of transport, time we paid our builder to fit the tub several times and to test it because he couldn’t even believe it was possible to have a leak from the tub until he has actually seen the water sipping out.
We are still waiting to have this situation resolved, in the meantime I have to keep calling them to ask what will be done.
They have suggested to buy something on Amazon and try to fix the leak because we won’t get our money back because was sold as seen? I haven’t seen it until delivered.
Thankfully we have another shower room in the house that we were able to use, during the time we have everything on hold.
I now deeply regret making a purchase from Renaissance at home. It was discounted and I am sure the reason was because it’s not fit for use and they were aware.
