I cannot rate Renaissance highly enough! Have to massively shout out all the help Anthony in particular has given us too, he's been a literal super star. Aside from being the nicest guy to work with, he could not have gone more above and beyond if he tried. He spent such a long time with us helping to decide on the style/colour/size of the radiator for each room (10 rads), making sure there would be enough heat based on the size of the rooms etc, then helped us pair them with the best colour/style of valve.
The radiators were delivered to us within a few weeks and they are astonishing.. Absolute perfection and such a statement piece. If I could add pictures I would as they really are beautiful and have given each room a different character. Not only that, but we received our copper and nickel bath and are about to receive our copper taps from them too. They have been super reliable (unlike most of the other suppliers we've been working with!) all the way through this whole process and have really gone out of their way to help us when other suppliers have let us down at short notice.
I would massively recommend Renaissance (and Anthony!) to everyone searching for these products. Being manufacturers of the radiators too, I felt that the pricing was much better than many of the distributors we spoke to. Overall exemplary service from Anthony, beautifully made radiators and great prices!

We have just had delivered our Luca bath from Renaissance At Home and it looks amazing, beautiful craft, painted in chosen colour which means that it is probably the only one in the world. :) I really appreciate how helpful was Jade from Customer Sevice Team, she organized a show round for us to see few models in the factory, the communication was very smooth and there was no problem for her when I have changed my mind in the last minute after placing the order. I can't wait until we install the bath and try it!

Lovely experience from start to finish. Website was easy to navigate and this was followed up with fantastic aftercare service. There was always someone on the end of the phone to answer any questions, providing very useful advice and guidance. Special mention to Jade for all his help in this process. Kept informed throughout from supply to delivery of a fantastic bath, great job completed by the whole team.

Absolutely excellent customer service. We ordered 2 cast iron fireplaces. Jade and Tom took the time to answer all of our questions very courteously. Nothing was too much trouble. The order was despatched immediately and arrived the next day. There was a slight error with the original order but again Jade resolved the matter unbelievably quickly and without any hassle at all. A replacement fireplace arrived 24 hours later. Top marks. The customer service was absolutely top class and I couldn't praise the company higher. I would have no question recommending them and will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you.

Purchased a bath through Renaissance at home and it’s absolutely stunning. I’ll be looking at radiators in the new year.

We purchased a cast iron bath and radiator early November and they are yet to arrive. We are lead to believe that these items were dispatched 26th November 2020. A courier from Independent Express Cargo did call me to give a one hour advance notice but if turned out that they were delivering to the wrong address. I suggested that I drop everything and go and meet the courier at the incorrect address across the city. When I arrived the courier had left with no notice. Clearly the courier was making the point that good time is more important than mine. Multiple phone calls and emails to Renaissance and nothing resolved and still no bath. Courier don't return calls either. Difficult to be overly positive at this point. When the phone is answered the people are courteous as one would expect but this generally takes several attempts and no voice mail set up. Quite frustrated with the amount of chasing that I have had to do and time spent teaching grandma to such eggs.

While we did have to endure a courier company that simply could not have cared less in terms of delivery and clearly have no interest in customers or service, we did receive out bath after circa two weeks. We found chasing the courier very taxing but Brian from Renaissance was very helpful phoned daily and on some occasions we received more than one update phone call. To be fair, the cast iron bath is every bit as good as the pictures advertised if not better. Moving the bath into position is no mean feat but is certainly worth the effort. The bath is a real feature and we are delighted with the choice of colour. The bath is supplied with a touch up kit also which is a clever little touch - just in case! We are very pleased indeed
