Gus called me prior to the visit and covered Rene Covid terms, very positive and detailed. I in turn told him my visiting terms. Gus was very thorough and explained every step that he carried out. The visit was positive and informative

Excellent thorough service
Excellent thorough service. Everything explained in a professional way. The engineer was personable, professional . Arrived on time , called beforehand as expected and followed all Covid 19 safety rules, by wearing a mask, touching very few surfaces or doors and disaffected the boiler after the service

Hot water Cylinder fitted
Message : Thank you to Gus for fitting my new water cylinder and his follow up calls to make sure everything was in full working order. Excellent Service
