Very good advice and service, would definitely recommend.

The engineer's name is Guss and he always explains exactly what he's doing and how everything works.
We have used Rene several times now, and we're always completely satified.

The service was excellent. Engineer polite, was very good with Cov-19 protocols, keeping distance, changing gloves and ensure his mask is on all the time.
Very knowledgable and intelligent.

this is the third time he has been here and everytime hes come been very helpful and thorough this time very cautious about coronavirus disease had a questionnaire befour he came in sanitised everything he touched before he left

Poor workmanship and did not honour their work. Part failed in well under a year and I was then told they 'only give a 3 month warranty' (despite consumer law requiring at least 12 months) Go elsewhere as these people are not to be trusted based upon my experience. ***UPDATE*** Rene Plumbing and Heating have a TERRIBLE reputation in the area. Avoid them!

Amazing service from start to finish - I rang in an emergency with water pouring out of a pipe so was really stressed and they made me feel calm, fixed everything and made sure everything was safe. Really thorough and also super careful given the current COVID circumstances with gloves, masks and antibacterial wipes. Will be calling again the next time we need anything sorting.

Usual polite, careful contractor. Came on time and completed the work while maintaining safe distance. Happy to have him do work for us.
