As usual first class service engineer very patient with me as I recently lost my husband so explained every detail of boiler and associated appliances so I know what to do in an emergency. Definitely gold star standard.!look forward to using thematic next year

Arrived at promised time
Arrived at promised time & carried out repair to gas pipe OK. Poor rating given as was made to lift 2 further floorboards (I'm in my 70's & gas engineer declined to do it). Also pipe running under floorboards left protruding above floorboard height so will need bending to relay the floorboard hopefully not damaging the repaired joint.
