The purpose of the visit was the annual boiler service
The purpose of the visit was to service my boiler and the engineer who came to do it was the same person as the previous year and as in the past he was very cheerful and polite. After he had completed the work he gave me a detailed report on what he had done and why plus sound advice on what I should do if a future problem arose. Based on my experience over two years I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Emergency call out
excellent service called one evening next day emergency visit boiler repaired within two days of first call after ordering part, Gus the engineer that came out was very helpful knowledgable and put us at ease with everything he was doing highly recommend them to anyone we will use again for yearly service and emergency if required

Got phone to say they will be here with the afternoon. Gus rang to say he was on his way. Worked continuously to get my thermostat fixed and was a pleasure to deal with. Very polite and neat. Credit to your firm.

Quick boiler diagnosis and fix, even in winter.
Gus did a great job diagnosing the problem with the boiler and then organising a replacement part and installation extremely quickly, even though it was winter, weather awful and Gus extremely busy.
