I found the company through Facebook ads, of all places. After going to their website, I got in contact with Alex and we had a quick chat about my current apartment, its state and how much rent I was paying. After that Alex was pretty confident we could get a rent reduction, so we started the process.

My roommate wanted to end my contract from the apartment with an excuse that did not seem valid. I contacted Rent Hero and I got to know that actually as I am not living with my landlord himself, it was not possible to end my contract at all, not even with 1 or 3 months notice as it said on my contract.
