This company is efficient, understands they are working for the landlord and is happy to help. Whether it's finding a tenant, helping with property maintenance or finding help where it is needed. I would highly recommend RentMyHome. I recently used them, for the third time to let a property and was very impressed. A special mention for Alex who was very professional at all times and made everything run smoothly from start to finish.

3 weeks to get the property listed, management fee charged twice, two inspections not done, 13 months the property was effectively unmanaged. £40 offered in compensation! You have been warned.

My Property Manager responded quickly and positively to the issues I reported about the flat. There have been some delays in resolution but they arose from a mixture of circumstances. She has been approachable and helpful and the contractors are polite, respectful and obliging; I just hope an adequate budget will be allowed for the work necessary to raise the standard of the property from its current level of dilapidation.

Niraj was very helpful in obtaining a credit worthy tenant for my property and instrumental in achieving the top end of the market rent for the property.
