I am looking for a property near to LRI.so I contacted rent my home and Niraj shah.they r very helpful and understanding.i did not get a property until now,but I am trusting them and I am sure they will help me to find a house.

Property was in poor condition when my daughter took over the tenancy for her student accommodation but the location was good and we were told that the repairs would be carried out. This did not happen. The staff at the Leicester branch were rude & unhelpful, particularly Elliot. I would not recommend them.

As a letting agent and landlord myself I can confirm that this agency is the most unprofessional company I've ever encountered.
I moved into a property which I attained through rentmyhome and they manage. Communication with them has been poor throughout, its a constant battle of unpleasant conversations and chasing from our side to get essential things in the property fixed. They've lied and hidden the truth from us throughout, denied everything we requested to be put into the contract before moving in and asked us to, I quote, "trust the landlord" of which we did and were proved right... nothing had been fixed.
As a landlord, if this is the quality the company offers to tenants I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing my business/properties to them.
I would never rent through them again and would avoid bringing them any of my business.

My experience with RentMyHome Letting agency has been great. Right from the beginning, I've had very prompt feedback from Mr. Niraj and his team. He cooperates well with any issues that prevail as the property manager. Their team is always there for me whenever I have an issue with maintenance or any administrative work. They have maintained the property with good quality fittings and utmost care. I hope to continue this prosperous relationship with Mr. Niraj and his team in the future.

I would like to publicly thank Scott for his willingness to help my son who’s moving into his uni house in October. Scott went out of his way to make sure my sons property was safely delivered to his new address which meant my son could come on home content . He definitely went the extra mile 👏👏👏👏👏

I have been renting for 3 years now. My Property Manager, Niraj Shah responded swiftly and direct if i have any question/queries.

The 1st time when I have my viewing of the apartment; he would give me some detailed stuff. Point out the few imperfection of the house (not awful condition just little bit scratch or the door hinges slightly off) and assure me that will be on their original record and it will not be on my account.

We even have couple other houses viewing; so that I can know I have few options at the time.

Me and my friend were dealt with by Nameera Khan. She was wonderful throughout the whole process. We had a viewing for one property which didn’t suit our needs. She then went out of her way to find us a property which suited our needs and went the extra mile to show us how to find parking and to sort a residential parking permit for the property. 10/10 would recommend her services to anyone out there looking for accommodation.

Big thanks to Niraj who helped us to move to a really nice house very quick and also been responding quickly to every message we send and always helps us. I would recommend this agency to everyone who is looking to rent a house.
