I ordered a part and waited and after 3 days USPS was still waiting for package so I contacted you and was told another one was shipped out 2 day priority mail and I checked again and USPS is still waiting for the package so I asked for a full refund and was told I had to wait and see if order shows up

Improperly packaged
Improperly packaged. Timer motor cover was crushed in transit. Was able to remove cover and repair. Ten cents worth of bubble wrap could have avoided this and given you a 5 star rating from me.

The heating element sparked and shorted out the entire oven range. The information was relayed to repair parts via their "contact us" page. I asked for a refund and I have not been contacted by them regarding this issue.

Easy order and great communication
Yours is the only company I found that had the part I needed. It was quick to ship. The part numbers did not match so I contacted the company. I received a quick response assuring me I had the correct part. I was able to easily replace the motor and my refrigerator runs like new. Thank you for an easy order and quick correspondence.
