No gasket
The diverter valve i ordered arrived on time and was the exact part, came with disc and lube. I was bummed that the shaft gasket was not included, but lubed the shaft and installed the valve using the old gasket and it all worked out fine, for now.....i just have a ticking time bomb. Hopefully i can buy the gasket as a single piece in the future.

I believe that reviews are written to inform the public of your experience that you encounter with the product or service and I have to give Repair Parts Inc a thumbs up. I had ordered a part for my refrigerator they didn’t waste anytime getting the part out to me, which I really appreciated. I replaced the old part with the new one and it didn’t seem to work. I read the return policy and I decided to bite the bullet and take my losses. I submitted a review based on what I thought was unfair with the return policy. A few days later I got a reply from the Director of sales and he informed me that everything would be taken care of if I wish to continue with the return. I took him up on it and I can’t say enough about the support I received from the people that worked there. I am very grateful and pleased with the outcome. First class operation.

Great Icemaker replacement...couldn't go any smoother.
Shipping was fast, part was as described and of excellent quality. Installed easily and my new ice maker is cracking out ice. Price was very fair and appreciated the free shipping. I'll definitely buy from them again.

The ice maker fit perfectly in ny Whirlpool fridge. This was so much cheaper than buying from a local company or a new fridge. Granted my fridge is 13 years old but it still woks great other than the ice maker. We now have ice again!

Found What I Needed
Ordering was easy and I found just what was needed. It was shipped fairly quickly but then sat at the post office for 2 days which isn't Repair Parts fault.
I will order again from this company but not be in a big hurry to receive it.
