Reservations Stays is a legit website, BUT you cannot cancel or modify your reservations, even though on their website, they say it depends on the hotel--not true. You cannot speak with anyone and the support email is automated, and will not resolve any issues, but instead choose to end/close communication when they do not want to resolve an issue. Thus, it is not worth it, if you need to make any changes whatsoever to your reservation. It's best to make reservations directly with the hotel or some other valuable/honorable site, like Hotels.com, Trivago or something like that. Reservations Site is not worth it at all!!

I'm 55 yrs. old. this business is by far and away the biggest travel scam website in the world. Complete lack of responsibility. Complete lack of a customer service center. zero response zero regard for the customer. ! Pathetic disgusting scam. BTW every time you call there CRS line it says 70 calls waiting EVERY TIME. no call back either 3 times no call back. this company should be shut down. scam websites scam steering to other websites. SCAM 100%

The _worst_ internet company I've ever dealt with.

To go with everyone else saying this is a scam site; it basically is. To make any modification, they keep changing the process. You are told you need to do one thing, and when done they say, oh we meant B. You do B, then say C. Even after the hotel i booked agreed to everything, this company refused to honour anything.

I agree with other reviewers. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Total scam. I paid extra for non refundable hotel stay and they make it near impossible to cancel and the get the refund. You wait forever for the service number and then when you get through they say use the "link" to submit the form. The link does not work and makes no sense. Total scam.

Do not book with this company/website. It is a scam. Thankfully I use a good credit card and am able to dispute the charge.

Wesbite booked my room for the wrong city. Called and they said it's a non-transferable and non-refundable reservation, even though I paid an addition $17 for booking "insurance." Zero help, zero customer service, zero chances I use this service ever again.

Reservation.com has a customer service number stating to call to cancel reservations with the results that nothing can be done by the representative to cancel the reservation. This review will be on social media, and every review site I can find. BEWARE.

TOTAL SCAM - chareg your credit card immediately and the card company cannot retract. Sriously do not understand how such a company gets to exist still. It is terrible do not use,

Scam website. Thought I was booking directly with IBIS At CDG airport Paris. This mirrors the reservation but is a scam. Ibis had no record of the booking. Lucky that after 1 hr discussion they gave me a room- but that was out of their discretion and only one night. You will not realise you’ve been scammed til you get there as you think you’ve booked directly. Avoid

SCAM! Lost $900 why is this website still able to be used?

The biggest mistake I made was using the company's service. I ordered tickets but they got the dates wrong, and they still weren't ready to fix it and also refund the money. Stay away from this site. Just don't get too close

I booked Holyday Inn and got confirmation from Reservationstays, didn't pay attention. When arrived Holyday Inn has not book room for us and they told us to check refund with our agent. That's how I understood what was this reservationstays.com. I'm written emails and doing what I can to get refund for 430 USD, nothing behind email adress or phone number. How can we submit a commun complaint for this fraud.

Beware this bogus, website. It is a total fraud and you can not get a refund = they make it impossible. They need to be sued and taken off the web. All hotels should avoid accepting this reservation system. Sheer robbery.

This is a scam website I have booked a hotel and paid an insurance for cancellation but did not get a refund, they deter you from doing any cancellation by asking impossible documents. This website should be reported and closed down

This is the worst ever response I get. This is the worst online booking experience I ever had. I will put a review online. I made a mistake in my check-in date and requested to change it. I did not ask for cancellation and refund, only changing the dates. SO they refused and I lost money, time, and nerves. Never recommended. Huge mistake on my side.

Absolutely terrible business model. Can’t access the website from another device. Asked to change from one Hilton hotel to another Hilton hotel in Atlanta. Surely this can’t be too hard. But it seems too bad is the response.
Stay away from this site you will truly be disappointed. Very frustrated and concerned I even have a booking at this stage.

fradulent website - everything is increased in price, they provide NO service (a bunch of their listed phone numbers are nonexistent).....GO TO THE ORIGINAL SOURCE FOR CHEAPEST PRICE!!!!

Total scam. Catfish operation. Apparently spoofed the IHG website.

I only ran them down by tracing the credit card transaction. When I spoke to their representative, they refused to give me their name and hung up. I only gave them 1 star because their is no option for zero or negative stars
