I ordered a bottle of Don Fulano for a…

I ordered a bottle of Don Fulano for a work colleague on Friday 1/3 and asked for it to be delivered to his office the same day between 11 AM - 1 PM. The delivery was not made until after 5 PM when the office was closed. ReserveBar told me it would be delivered on Monday 1/6 between the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM and said they would cover the redelivery cost (they should have immediately refunded me for same day but did not). I attempted to contact them via phone and could not speak with a live person. As of Tuesday, 1/7, I have emailed the customer service team and the CEO of the company. Apparently no one cared to provide me with an update as to why the order was not delivered. They are full of excuses. I've had good experiences with them in the past but this experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. I understand that no one is perfect but FFS why can't you just tell me what is going on with my order? I ended up disputing the charge with AMEX on Tuesday evening 1/7 and will not use ReserveBar again.

Ordered a Christmas gift that was…

Ordered a Christmas gift that was supposed to get to the recipient in 1-2 days. Nine days later no label has been made, no tracking number. Bad communication and just gaslighting. Do not order from this company. I had no idea how bad the customer service was. Now I’m stuck on to go out and get another gift or what to do. Stay away from them. They should be shut down.

try Caskers instead

I only received half of my order. After a month of messages such as "We have not forgotten about you," I had nothing - no holiday gifts, no estimate of when I might get them. This is not the first time I have had an issue with delivery.

I have have *good* experiences with ReserveBar in the past but - lately - I don't trust their service.

Don't order anything from ReserveBar. I ordered a bottle of whiskey from them. They sent the wrong bottle and a month later they are not responding to requests to correct the order.

My first important comment is "I will never deal with this incompetent company ever again!" This company is a scam of a business. They do not back their word and customers need to beware of their fine print policy.
Their partner retailer is just as bad "Bottles & Cases". They can't even get customer's addresses correct before shipping. My experience is trackable: Order 1733665807172 date ordered 12/08/2024

INTERNAL PACKAGE RIPPED AND TORN WITH PIECES LOOSE IN BOX. BOTTLE WAS CRACKED WITH LOOSE PIECE OF GLASS INSIDE BOX.

The worst part was ReserveBar customer service sucks. I contacted them over and over using their so-called support form and no one ever called me after providing my telephone number to file a complaint. The customer service has completely ignored me with my requests. Too include pictures of the damages received. Then they want me to give a rating for their customer satisfaction?
AGAIN, DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ReserveBar.com. Despite using fulfillment partners, ReserveBar takes no responsibility for deliveries. In my case, I received an email stating my order was delivered, but I couldn't find it anywhere, even after checking with my neighbors.

I reached out to their so-called customer service team, who are incredibly slow to respond. When they finally did, they provided a proof of delivery from Speed Xpress with a signature that looked like the delivery person signed for the shipment, not me. When I asked for more information, they never replied.

This level of service is unacceptable. ReserveBar needs to take responsibility for their deliveries and improve their customer service. I will not be ordering from them again and advise others to avoid this company.

ReserveBar is slower than slow, and take no responsibility for any delays! If a Problem happens 1 hour after you complete your on line order, they will remind you that ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

This company is a scam! Buyer Beware!

Seems like a scam

Seems like a scam. Their shipper GLS said they tried to delivery multiple times ... but I was home to sign ... and they described the house incorrectly. Support wasn't helpful at all. And now they are refusing to process a refund. VERY BAD experience.

Worst experience ever. Did not fulfill my order that was a gift and cancelled the order after asking them to not to. Terrible experience and Beyoncé should cut ties immediately

Wish they had a zero rating

Wish they had a zero rating. A recent bottle drop was supposed to be available at 11 am central. I was attempting to purchase but their website said they didnt ship to my state. I just got an email from them that they do ship to my state and have shipped to me before on previous purchases. This seems so fishy! Bet they show up on the secondary market for more money.

Do not order here

Questionable company. Ordered a rum, got a vodka. Turns out they didn't have the rum. Tried to resolve this for weeks to no avail. Ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. Stay away from ReserveBar.

Ordered 3 bottles of Balcones Mirador…

Ordered 3 bottles of Balcones Mirador Eclipse, very quickly was delivered 3 bottles of Balcones Mirador (non eclipse) from 2021. I am still waiting for a return label, not from them oh no, they don’t deliver, I’m waiting for their “fulfillment partner” to do that. Reserve Bar don’t actually sell anything they pass on. I’ll wait and see if they can actually sell what they clearly advertise that they can.

Never received my delivery of my over…

Never received my delivery of my over priced Scotch by $70 customer service had 0 interest in working with me as did FedEx.
My advice is to find what you are looking for from your local people even if you have to drive a way to it. In the end it will save you stress, time and money.

Screwed and overpaid……

I ordered a 2 part gift for delivery out of state from where I live. A bottle of bourbon and a bottle of iced black coffee to mix together. It was for Father’s Day. The day of delivery they canceled the bottle of bourbon giving me no option for substitution, leaving me no way to fix the gift. Between delivery and surcharges I ended up paying 48.61 to have a bottle of ice coffee delivered. It was ridiculous. I would have never spent so much for an iced coffee delivery.

They are falsely advertising Bookers…


They are falsely advertising Bookers batch 2016-05 limited edition on line. When the order came it was a different batch. They didn't make an effort to ship that batch instead They offered for me to return. Either way they arr intentionally false advertising. Point is you may not get what you ordered then it's on you to go through returns and wait to be refunded after they receive item

Horrible experience! I placed an order that showed in stock. I even chatted with a sales representative. It showed the item in stock. To get the promo code I needed $10 more dollars. So I purchased an ice tray I really didn't need. I go to pick up shipment and the box is light. No tequila and no reason for cancelation. So I chatted again. During chat she said goodbye after I asked how to return the ice tray since tequila is out of stock. So now I have an ice tray I don't need. They don't have a phone number so I'm sitting here waiting for someone live to contact me. Very upsetting experience!!!

Bad company, worse customer support

Reserve Bar is a HORRIBLE company with some of the worse customer service I have ever encountered. They claim quick shipping, it was double the time. It appears there retail partner sent the bottle from CA to them in CT not to me and when I inquired the first time I was sent to the help center for automated help. I received and email the next day and it said it was on its way and id have it soon. There system said it was coming to me, fedx said it was going to CT. 7 days later I contacted support again. Shane Petersen said shipped and on its way again, checking Fedx, it was still going to CT and Shane addresses Zero of my questions and called me the wrong name as well. On the 18th/19th I emailed again, no response at all. PLEASE spend you money else where. So far, 15 days and I still do not have it!

Horrrible delivery experience

If I could give no stars,I would. My son placed an order as a gift to my husband for Fathers Day and he said he paid extra for "guaranteed delivery" in time for Fathers Day. It is now 3 days past that date and I got an email saying it is "out for delivery" as of 9 am, with an estimated "delivery time" of MIDNIGHT! I contacted customer service for more information and they said that it will likely be delivered by 8 pm. This means I have to wait at home 11 HOURS for the delivery since I will have to produce an ID. After reading some other reviews, I am not sure I will even get the delivery today or at all. Customer service was of no help --there is no live person to contact. Do not waste your time and money with this company!
