Rather than buying new balls and losing several sometimes a round haha I’ve began using the recycled better ball as you get a better ball for your money. Re use golf balls are the best company I’ve used so far there delivery method is very quick ordered Friday arrived Saturday.

I ordered 12 Calloway Triple Track mint…
I ordered 12 Calloway Triple Track mint condition but unfortunately three of them had scuff marks. I contacted reuse and they were delighted to replace all 3 with mint condition balls.

Just received 36 Mint Chrome Soft golf balls and the quality is excellent & delivery was fast too!
This has restored my faith in ReUse Golf Balls, after many great purchases the previous one was some what disappointing but it looks like they are back on track supplying first class second hand golf balls.

Not as advertised
Not as advertised. My facebook was awash with promotional material for these “MINT” golf balls. The deal looked brilliant. All the balls on every video looked unblemished and new. Ideal I thought. How disappointed was I, when I opened the package to find scuffed, skin torn, highly pen marked golf balls. I was offered £6 refund. The company tag line is “Mint means mint” these are anything but. The balls are usable but are mis-sold and are NOT mint condition.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the balls you received.
After reviewing the photographs provided, we explained that we believed the vast majority of the balls supplied were within our Mint grading standard, although we did acknowledge that one ball appeared to fall outside of this standard.
As we appreciate that grading can sometimes be subjective, we initially offered a goodwill refund. We then also offered a free return and a full refund of the order, with a prepaid Royal Mail return label provided at no cost.
We always want customers to be happy with their purchase and this offer remains available should you wish to take advantage of it.

I ordered the golf balls on Tuesday…
I ordered the golf balls on Tuesday morning thinking they would arrive in plenty of time for a Sunday golf trip. I was advised on Thursday that they had been picked up by Royal Mail and would be on a 48 hr service. They arrived on the Monday, nearly a week after ordering and too late for the trip.
I ordered some things from Scottsdale Golf on the same Tuesday and they arrived next day. Need to improve on this.

Having checked the tracking, your order was dispatched on time from our warehouse and collected by Royal Mail as expected.
Unfortunately, there appears to have been a delay within Royal Mail's network which resulted in the parcel taking longer than the advertised 48-hour service. Regrettably, once the parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail, this part of the delivery process is outside of our control.
That said, I completely understand your frustration, especially when the balls were needed for a specific trip.
If you could email support@reusegolfballs.com with your order number, we'd be happy to provide something towards your next order with us as a gesture of goodwill.
Apologies again for the inconvenience caused, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

I placed my order through a sales event
I placed my order through a sales event, but Resuse Golf Balls couldn't fulfill my order at the time of placing the order, even though they processed my payment.
When I received the golf balls they were supposed to be 2025 Prov1 in mint condition.
In my opinion they were probably a mixture of mint and grade A and not all were 2025 balls.
I'm not sure I'll purchase again.
