First class service and product
My order was processed and arrived in only two days. The quality of the product is exactly as described, they are in mint condition, but at a fraction of the cost.
I love the concept of re-use and re-cycle and am delighted that here is a company who are helping me enjoy a hobby which doesn't have to cost the earth either financially or metaphorically.
I would heartily recommend these guys. I no longer buy golf balls anywhere else!

Pro v1 x Left Dash. Mint.
Ordered 12 of the Mint golf balls, every ball in new condition, delivery was fast and tracked all the way. It's a 10/10 for value on second hand golf balls.

Wrong Balls
My first order and you sent the wrong balls!
Replaced on request but it was a tad inconvenient arranging the return.

Réponse de ReUse Golf Balls
Hi Mr Woods,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m genuinely sorry that your first order with us wasn’t right due to the incorrect golf balls being sent out.
While we’re glad we were able to get the correct balls out to you quickly, I completely appreciate that having to arrange a return was inconvenient and not the experience we want any customer to have, especially on their first order.
We take a lot of pride in both our products and our service, and your feedback has been noted to help ensure this doesn’t happen again going forward.
Thank you again for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to put things right. If there’s anything we can do to help in the future, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Kind regards,
Michael
