Your order for the Google NFC Card was fully tested to ensure it works on both Android and iOS devices before dispatch. If you’re experiencing any issues, please check that NFC is enabled on your device and follow the setup instructions we’ve shared.

For iPhone:
Tap the card to the top edge of your phone.

For Android:
Make sure your phone is unlocked, then tap the card to the middle of the back of your device.

Note: Some Android devices have NFC turned off by default. To enable it:
1. Open the Settings app
2. Tap Connections (or Connected devices, depending on your phone)
3. Turn NFC On

Hey Nev!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you’re happy with how the tag looks and that the logo came out great.

We’ve taken your feedback on board for the custom tags and will now be enforcing a stronger 3M backing on our custom tags for improved durability.

We’re also updating our website to make the sizes and dimensions clearer — all of our tags are 75mm x 75mm.

We really appreciate your support and hope you’ll love the improved version even more on your next order!

Update: Hi, we received your order on Tuesday 19th August and have processed your refund. We would like to sincerely apologise once again for the inconvenience this may have caused. We always strive to provide the highest level of customer service, and we believe this is reflected in the feedback we receive from the vast majority of our customers. In this instance, we have acted in good faith to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. With this in mind, we kindly ask if you might reconsider your 1-star review, as we feel it does not fully reflect the service and effort we have demonstrated in resolving your order.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear about your frustration, and completely understand how disappointing it must have felt to receive a card you couldn’t use in the way you expected.

Just to clarify, as explained in our earlier email exchange, you ordered the Google NFC Card, without the QR code option. With this card, you simply tap it with your phone and it will prompt the Google review page. Every card is checked before dispatch, and this was working when your order was sent.

We did offer an upgrade to include a QR code version for a small additional cost, but you decided not to go ahead with that, which of course we respect. As agreed, we’re happy to issue a refund once the card is return by you as the product itself was not faulty.

We can see you sent the return on Friday 15th August. As we don’t operate over the weekend, we’ll be processing your refund it as soon as it reaches us and passes our checks.

We truly value our customers and pride ourselves on delivering both quality products and good service. Thank you for your patience while we get this sorted for you.

Hi Harry,

Thank you for your review. We’ve looked into your order and can confirm it was placed on Sunday. As noted, weekend orders are typically processed and dispatched on Monday or Tuesday, depending on how busy we are. In your case, your order was sent out on Tuesday and delivered the next day via our next-day delivery service.
