Terrible customer service and huge delivery delay
My experience has been terrible.
I ordered a stealth bollard on 19th Aug 25 with 3-10 working days delivery depending on quantity.
When it didn't arrive, I phoned up a number of times and finally on 11th Sept I was given a delivery date of 15th.
I phone back today and get told it will be delivered on the 16th.
At no point did anyone from Rhino take responsibility for phoning me, it was always me ringing them.
I hope it's a good product, because the customer service (for me) has been terrible.

I ordered a post for a new driveway as…
I ordered a post for a new driveway as I was recommended by a friend who has 3.
Annoyingly the top of the post had a fault but with communication with rhino the builder fitted it.
A technician from rhino came within 2 days and repaired the defective unit
First class service from all including Laura. It’s not always about the product itself but customer service and ability to problem solve

We completely understand how disappointing it is when things don’t arrive as expected. We want to reassure you that we processed and dispatched your order promptly, using the exact address details provided. Unfortunately, the delays and complications you experienced were due to issues on the courier’s side — something sadly outside of our control.
That said, we’ve been actively chasing the courier (UPS) throughout this process and keeping you updated wherever possible. We know that doesn’t change the inconvenience caused, but please know that we take customer service incredibly seriously, as reflected in our many other reviews.
We’d be really grateful if you might consider whether this review might be more appropriate on the courier’s Trustpilot page, since they were the ones responsible for the delivery itself. Absolutely First Class
Absolutely first class experience with Rhino Security. Laura provided good, honest advice and managed my order very efficiently and it arrived the following day. Richard contacted me a couple of days later and we arranged a date for the installation. We needed to re-arrange the date and it was also managed effectively.
A special mention for Louis and Ben, who arrived on time and did a fantastic job of installing the bollards and left no mess. Not only great craftsmen, but very friendly, approachable and very polite young men. Outstanding.
