Great work.
We contacted Rhino Security about fitting a bollard at the end of our driveway on July 8th. It was delivered the next day. In the initial chat we also arranged for it to be installed by one of Rhino’s team. We were contacted on the 12th and told it would be installed on the 15th. The team arrived as promised and the bollard was installed very efficiently and skilfully— a really neat job. The team were really pleasant.

Fabulous drive way bollard
Purchased a driveway bollard from these guys and the whole process was brilliant from communication on best bollard for me to purchasing which is so simple to delivery 4 days later.

Great End to End Service by Rhino Security
I was recommended to Rhino Security by a local car dealership. My interactions with Rhino through ordering to delivery to installation were fantastic.
I used the live chat on the website to confirm a couple of questions. I placed my order online and was contacted quickly to offer me a range of colour options.
Delivery via DHL was next business day and then installation of the post was the next business day so all installed with minimal fuss or delays.
A great service all round 👍🏽

High-quality security post…
Bought this security post to secure our cars. I like the quality of the item - it’s robust, has some weight to it and now installed, is doing the job it’s been bought to do. Right type of key, catch to protect the lock when not in use and a nice reflective sticker, in Rhino’s brand, so hopefully people can see it at night if trying to do a 3-point turn on my driveway. The post, when up, is also bright yellow so that should also be a visible deterrent to any potential scrotes doing scrotey things in the neighbourhood. Item was obviously in stock as it was dispatched quickly, well packaged and arrived in two days via courier who had good comms. Item is more expensive than the ones you can buy from a certain large online retailer named after a river and a forest but I wanted a quality product to do a quality job. No complaints - I would deffo recommend Rhino if you’re in the market for a high-quality security post.

Seized telescopic Post service
It took a while to get the engineer to our house, apparently the 'service department' is very very busy.
The engineer (Geordie Mark) arrived on time and was amazed that the the post wouldn't come apart as normal.
He finally got it apart and did a good job, putting it back together, his efforts and knowledge was greatly appreciated.

Installation guys were excellent - worked like navvies, but were precise & careful too - were a pleasure to have on site. Job done far quicker than I anticipated in fact. Like the fact that they put a decent bed of drainage stones under the bollards, to avoid potential waterlogging. Very happy with our new bollards, having had a break in a while ago. Would defo recommend.

i needed the security posts asap as the date of our driveway was brought forward. I called rhino to see if the items were in stock. The guy was really helpful and put the products to one side for me. They look smart in position and seem really secure. Would recommend.

Experienced issues with the delivery…
Experienced issues with the delivery through UPS. I was told the item was damaged and it finally arrived 2 weeks later

Hi Gillian, thank you for taking the time to leave the review. Having spent hours on hold with UPS and chasing the order, I can only apologise for the delayed delivery. Unfortunately, once the products have left our warehouse then we are at the mercy of the courier companies who aren't always as reliable as we would like. These were damaged in transit which then stalled the delivery process. Hopefully you got the impression that we were doing what we could to try and sort the issue including resending 2 new bollards to you. I'm glad they are now installed but our apologies for the delay.

The products were great the delivery time was not too good and had to chase. The sales person was very nice but got the product wrong I was luck enough to be able to work around to make it work

We will add on the website tat our typically lead time time for parts are 2-3 working days, unfortunately we can't always do quicker than that. With regards to the additional delay of 3 days, this is something we will need to pick up with our couriers, UPS, as they should deliver 1-2 days from collection. With regards to the incorrect lock sizes being sent out, I think there may have bee a miscommunication over the phone and confusion caused by initially opting for a black complete top, however the Stainless Steel tops always have the larger locks so this could have been picked up. Good to understand these comments so we can refine our processes for next time. We will also make lock sizes a mandatory field on the website so there won't be any confusion going forward.
