Have bought many bollards from Rhino for my business. They’re super friendly, very helpful and great to work with.

Special thanks to James for going above and beyond to help us solve a problem - really appreciate it.

I bought a house which had bollards installed. I had difficulty in locking one of them. A quick email to Rhino resulted in a return email with instructions. Having extracted the lock, I was unsure what was not working as it should be. The Sales & Marketing Director responded to my email, very quickly, clarifying matters. As they also sell spare parts, he advised what was required which made the process as efficient and seamless as possible. As I was not the original purchaser of the equipment, and I am not even sure Rhino was the original seller, I cannot express my appreciation enough for the prompt, courteous and effective customer service. A real pleasure in today's world!

Rhino security where great to deal with especially James always emailed /rang back very rare these days delivery company was ok ish

Great service and support from the sales team.

Ordered two keys both work perfectly would definitely use again

We have had so many vehicles stolen from our town in the last year that we, as many other households are doing, decided to add another layer of security onto our driveway to hopefully further thwart these villains. Just walking down the roads I noticed many of the houses were having bollards installed and many of these had the Rhino Security sticker on them. Within minutes of phoning Rhino the company’s rep had thoroughly familiarised me with their products and I placed an order for two home security bollards, there and then. He said they could give me a delivery slot within a week, which I thought was great, and then he phoned me back 1 hour later to say they had another delivery pencilled in for the next day so they could deliver and install the two bollards then if convenient to which I agreed to. The next day the two Rhino fitters were on time and had the two bollards installed and working within an hour or so. They were very courteous and diligent throughout! I can obviously very highly recommend this company to anyone who are thinking of choosing this kind of additional home security!

Great experience, James was very knowledgable about the products and overall a very good experience with this genuine local company who seem to care about their customers. Will be ordering from them again soon
