Elizabeth Cooke(Liz)
Elizabeth Cooke(Liz) was always patient,warming and understanding. Her communication was clear , concise and offered in a professional manner.
Nothing seemed too much trouble for Liz,her guidance +reassurance made the buying + selling process less stressful.
One thing you can expect is a warm welcoming "Hello ,how are you" ? from Liz.
Unfortunately I never had the pleasure of meeting lovely Liz in person ( entirely my fault).
A great asset to the team at Kendalls.

Our weekly point of contact
Our weekly point of contact - Karen Marijewko - was what made the experience so good. She was highly efficient, knowledgeable, direct and friendly.
They were also the only estate agents who didn't try and push us towards the auction option - which clearly benefits the agent more than the seller.

Very professional
Recently had dealings with Jessica Judd at Richard Kendall in Horbury regarding a rental proprty I now intend to sell. Jessica was so efficient and helped me with a number of questions. Her knowledge was really good, she confirmed information by email and always got back to me when she said she would. Very efficient service.

Karen was constantly updating me on progress with the sale. Richard Kendal's stuck to their word when they stated they would give 100% when it came to the sale of our property. Having dealt with numerous property agents in the past I can confidently state that Kendal's have been the best to deal with. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Karen Marijewko at Richard Kendall for her outstanding support throughout the purchase of our first home.
From the moment our offer was accepted, Karen kept us regularly updated and was always available to answer our questions. She communicated with both ourselves and the solicitors, ensuring we were kept informed at every stage of what can often be a stressful process.
There were several occasions where the transaction became complex due to the sellers' onward purchase of a new-build property. Karen remained professional, approachable and reassuring throughout, taking the time to explain the situation and liaise with all parties to help keep the purchase moving forward.
What impressed me most was her prompt communication and genuine willingness to help. She always returned calls and emails quickly, and it was clear she cared about helping both the buyers and sellers achieve a successful outcome.

Karen really looked after us when buying our first home
Karen Marijewko is so lovely and made us feel so looked after whilst buying our first home. She kept me constantly updated and made sure I understood the process. She really took the stress out of it for us and I am really grateful for her. My family has also been selling property through Richard Kendal for years and my mum was so pleased when Karen was assigned to the house I was buying as she knew she would look after us! Emily saves the day
We had Emily Dunbar as our appointed person at Richard kendall estate agents and honestly I dont know what we would have done without her. Our first sale fell through (not her fault at all the original buyer blindsided us all) but she was on the case, stopped the chain from falling apart and found us a new buyer in 10 days. Between organising all the solicitors, who did their absolute best be be as useless as possible, to giving regular updates on progress and keeping us, our buyers and the seller we were buying from in the loop I honestly couldn't give her a better review. If this gets her a bonus then it needs to be more.
