Richard Kendall Saved The Chain
With the benefit of Hindsight, Richard Kendall was the right choice, as I fear any other estate agent would have failed to complete this chain.
The team worked between my sale and onward purchase with true professional grit, helping smooth the process through. They managed the whole chain, not just the properties they were responsible for and leveraged their years of industry experience to get answers other estate agents would have failed to do so.
The whole chain would have collapsed without Richard Kendall, and specifically Elizabeth Cooke and Emily Dunbar, so when looking for an Estate Agent, consider who is going to step in to help if it goes wrong.

Great service from Richard Kendall
Great service from Richard Kendall — my property sold quickly, with the whole process from going on the market to completion taking around three months in total.
The initial setup was a little slow and required some chasing to get the photos completed, uploaded online, and made available on the property websites, but after that the process ran smoothly. Emily Dunbar was helpful throughout and always responded promptly to both myself and the buyer.

We had a tough sale and purchase due to buyer pulling out but Richard Kendall found us a new buyer and we ended up with our dream house. Excellent Service from RK listed our house with quality pictures, communications throughout and with a personal service from Emily Dunbar at the Wakefield branch , it took all the stress away from our sale. We did have minor issues but these were chase proactively every day with status given throughout.
I can't recommend RK enough and especially Emily who went above and beyond.

We went with Richard Kendall as we had used them in the past. We did have a couple more quotes but they were more expensive. Our property consultant Emily Dunbar was brilliant. She was always available when we had questions. We were phoned and updated every week even if there was nothing to report, so we were never left wondering what was happening.
