We took the decision to move estate agents and use Richard Kendal after our house listing had no viewings. We didn't regret the decision, Richard Kendal were professional from start to finish and our account manager Liz was fantastic!
Always at the other end of the phone with advice when we needed it and kept us informed right the way through with any updates. She also kept things moving along with all parties involved including solicitors so we didn't have to.

We have been trying to sell out for two years with a different estate agent. We made the decision to change to Richard Kendall’s a few months ago. Right from the start we had nothing but first class service. Especially from Elizabeth Cooke who was our designated contact. She is the most friendly, conscientious, professional person. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
We spoke several times a week with updates and I felt confident that she knew what she was doing.
I always felt like I was chatting with a friend.
I can also commend the rest of the team in the Wakefield office for their professionalism when and knowledge when Liz was not there.

Bought our house 20yrs ago through Richard Kendal. The whole experience was very positive. Right from putting in an offer, organising our mortgage and keeping us up to speed.
So we chose these guys when we went to sell the same property 20yrs later.
Tough market times but Karen Marijewko and the team kept those veiwings coming,

Customer Service and Renter Rights advice
I have attended as a private landlord, webinars and had conversations (with Matt) from the organisation on the upcoming renter rights act and the implications of it. I can only say their approach to offering support to people impacted by this legislation has been nothing short of faultless. I work as a Trainer delivering skills and content from customer services to sales and technical knowledge up and down the country to various organisations where the subject of customer service often comes up. My personal experiences across various organisations in various sectors is that customer service throughout the UK generally speaking is poor to say the least. However for an organisation to spend time sharing knowledge with people who may not be directly customer of theirs is wonderful to see and helps to restore your faith that there are decent companies out there, and I would have to say Richard Kendall's is one of those. I will certainly be using these guys as an example of what a shining light of excellent dedication to customers is. Thank you for the support and advice you have provided and if I lived closer to the areas you operate in, I would have no hesitation of using these guys. Their professionalism, approach and dedication to support their customers is what a lot of organisations could learn from, well done to all and please keep up the great work.

Great support and advocacy
We sold our house and also purchased a property through the Ossett Office of Richard Kendall.
Lucy was our case manager and was a great support. There were some stressful ups and downs but Lucy was the calm voice of reason throughout.

Great company and staff
We've used Richard Kendall to manage our rentals for many years now and we have always been more than happy with their approach to our properties and have loved the pro active way in which they've dealt with issues, queries and sourcing reputable tradies.
