This is an exact copy of my googl review:
"GardX protection is a scam run by Bognor Regis dealership disguised as an extra service.
I bought my car with them.
As part of financing, I choose to pay for a car coat that will last "a life time", as advertised by Ben. Because it's part of the finance, I'll keep paying for the duration of the contract. I'm paying for a lie.
Edit: In my initial review (which I'm leaving here untouched), I was focusing more on the scamming aspect of the issue, however, because they put GardX in the contract and finance, because now it's a part of the contract, and they failed to do it, they're in the breach of the contract. I'll explore this avenue.
"Coating" lasted a week. I took the car back then for a re-coating and a check. Check done, coating done again, they even had the audacity to put a sticker with "GardX" on windshield, so I'll get it that it has been done, ROFL.
Please see the attachments after exactly 1 month and 3 weeks since the re-coating, there is NO water beading. Meaning that's bare paint. Nothing on it.
It was advertised as "lifetime protection". I'm guessing both my car and myself we're exceeding Bognor Regis Chery expectations by living more than 2 months? LOL.
I will buy some old fashioned carnauba wax from Halfords and some microfibre small towels (it will cost me £20, not £650), and I'll do it myself, as I should have done it from the beginning.
I ask you, how many 1 star reviews must be given to make up for that £650 "GardX" sticker on my windshield? Just curious."

The service from the salesman (Mike) was fine, he wasn't pushy and was quite informative.
However as an experience, not so good as we had to wait a week and a half for a car that was sat on the forecourt and are still waiting for someone to come back to us regarding the service package.

Average experience. Bought a new car from MG Richmond Bognor. It was easy to deal with the person. Arrange a collection on next day. Good staff and everything was nice. Just 3 star because, the car I bought was not being serviced or even cleaned from outside!!. It is because I've booked the car on Friday morning collect it on Saturday afternoon. Atleast I can expect the new car should be nice and cleaned. Anyway, I asked for PDI and battery health certificate. They even said I will get when I'll come back for service and then they never bother to give.
You'll only get a good service untill they sell you the vehicle. Once deal is done, they'll focus on other customers and you won't be their priority anymore.

Really efficient and excellent customer service. Sophia was very helpful and enthusiastic. The whole purchase process was really easy. Literally drove away in a brand new car within a week of test drive.
Based on this experience I would recommend Richmond Motor Group and the Chery Tiggo 8 is an awesome car for the price.

Attentive friendly staff who had great knowledge and time to discuss options The the process from choice of car to purchasing was explained in a way I understood transparent ad clear and have chosen Hyandai since 2009 and t was the best decision I ever made Ticks a lot of boxes
