Hyundai IONIQ 5 Interim Service at Richmond Guildford. A flawless experience from booking to collection. Excellent communication at every stage and a prompt video showing the car's condition. My car had its MOT at Richmond Motors Guildford location today.

The service from Paul was outstanding.
Jethan kindly helped me understand more about the tech in the car which is unbelievably useful.
The drive from London was easy along the A3.
Parking is a bit restricted and waiting area/coffee facility was limited (while you wait) But the site is under reconstruction and will be more client friendly, I’m told, when finished.
I’d definitely recommend this dealership if you have a Genesis.
