Highly recommend Richmond Select at Bognor Regis. Just purchased a used car and Sarah and Robin were super helpful and patient. Sarah even came in in her day off as it was the only day I could view the car and go on a test drive. I felt no pressure to purchase and I will consider them again when I need to replace the car.

I bought my vehicle at a distance and it was an efficient, fuss-free process from start to finish. The car was described accurately aided by a personalised video. When I arrived to collect the car it was beautifully presented and Aidan even picked me up from the train station. Highly recommended.

We had a good buying experience at Richmond Select and we were helped by Aidan who put up with a lot from us! We originally went in for one specific car and came away with a different one that was far more modern and still staying at the price point we wanted. We changed our mind and we were very indecisive as to what car to go for (given our original plan) but this was no trouble for Aidan!

I recently had purchased a car from Richmond, and overall, I found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional. They made my time there enjoyable, and their work was satisfactory. However, there were a couple of areas where I encountered some issues that could use attention.

Firstly, I had a car with a known fault that I had specifically mentioned during the test drive. Unfortunately, it seemed that the staff members were unaware of this common issue (https://www DOT theguardian DOT com/money/2021/may/01/vw-audi-and-skoda-owners-angry-over-fault-in-sos-warning-system) which was a bit disappointing. It would have been better if they were familiar with such problems and could have addressed it proactively.

Secondly, there was one staff member who could benefit from additional training. However, the staff member was the epitome of professional and I do not blame them but the training they were provided with.

Thirdly, there was no charging cable in the boot of the car. It had promised but it could not be retrieved. In the end I was given a type 2 to type 2 connector, rather than the main connector. However on the Skoda website the type 2 to type 2 is £30 cheaper (RRP) than the mains connector.

Despite these shortcomings, I must emphasize that the overall experience was positive. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff created a welcoming environment, and their work was satisfactory. It would be great if the company could address these areas for improvement, particularly in terms of knowledge about common faults and ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.

A very professional friendly service that made buying a car an enjoyable experience.

Bought a Vauxhall Corsa for my partner. As soon as it arrived, I've noticed a big hole in a passenger footwell which was just hidden under a car mat and hasn't been mentioned by the dealership. Don't be deceived by the nice looks of the dealership and nice customer services as you will end up having to pay loads more money after your purchase. Warranty provided does not cover these hidden "surprises" that will cost me quite a lot of time and money to be fixed... Sales Manager Joseph contacted me after this review telling me that this will get fixed, made me wait 2 months for the car to be collected to be taken away to get fixed and no one ever showed up, chased up on in this and got a reply that the email did not reach him and he will get back to me, now after a 3rd follow up I've got an automated email that he left the branch and will be working at a different capacity within a company. Avoid this dealer.
