They also delete redeem request history so that it doesn’t show you’ve been trying to redeem. Wants u to forget about the money or lose it back to them. Have photo proof of everything.

As of 7/7/2026, I am changing my 5 star review into a 3 star. My first redemption went extremely smooth and support helped me with more sincerity than other casinos, but, upon trying my second redemption, support has been miserable. They require proof of payment upon any new card used to purchase which is fine due to it usually being a quick and easy process, but so far they haven't gotten back to me about the redemption NOR the verification for my new card. It truly sucks due to the fact that I really admired this casino at first but now I feel it has shown it's true colors.

Okay so first of all, I've tried all the sc casino's I could get my hands on and this is hands down the best I've used so far. The welcome package is insanely worth it despite it only being slot playthings (rtp doesn't make it that hard at all). I deposited 25 and redeemed 300, I had issues on my side of the redemption because i no longer had the card i used to verify, that had me concerned over whether or not I was going to be able to redeem but they helped me out within an hour of emailing them and I got the entire redemption within the same hour. So yes, it is instant redemption once you sort out your verification which is insanely simple.

I love the variety of games to play. Fast pay outs.

I haven’t had a lot of luck at RichSweeps before now and the redemption reviews have made me nervous, so it’s not usually one of my “go to” casinos to deposit at. Today I had a decent sale offer and decided to give it another shot. From that, I managed to get lucky a couple times and submitted a redemption for less than $200, which is supposed to be instant. It’s been a whole day and it still says pending. I contacted customer service in the chat several hours ago to inquire about the hold up, and while she was very nice, there wasn’t any resolution. She asked if I had received an email requesting any further verification documentation, which I haven’t, and said she’d forward it to their internal department to have it expedited. Still… nothing. I was SUPER excited when I won and almost actually purchased another pack after I submitted the redemption just because I wanted to keep trying out other games, however, I’m feeling pretty discouraged at this point. I will definitely update this review if my redemption ends up going through soon, but until then I’ll have to join in with the others who say “don’t deposit at this casino because they may not pay out if you win.” :(

This is my second time playing at rich sweeps and it’s the same issue: redemption requests are not instant. It’s now been 24 hours and my issue is not resolved. Yes support is helpful and responsive but I am still disappointed. I feel that they need to be transparent upfront about the processing time. Other than that it’s a wonderful site with a lot of games and fair offers that really give you a bang for your Buck.

Update: They are dishonest and do not offer direct answers. I have not received my redemption nor has their support team replied to my emails. The only way they’ll communicate is through their site chat but it’s always the same scripted answers. They had no issue with compliance when taking my money and broadcasting my large sun to lure customers in but now I’m being told Thats what’s causing the delay. Yesterday it was due to a large amount of requests.

I love richsweeps they are so fast with the verification and redemption process, I def recommend giving them a shot 5 stars all the way.. o and they have some awesome deals too.. they never disappoint!

I hate writing negative reviews, but I believe people deserve to know what my experience has been with Rich Sweeps and its six sister sites.

If your goal is to redeem the minimum cash out of $100 and your balance is at $0 after requesting it, you’ll probably have a decent experience. Anything beyond that? In my experience, you’re taking a huge risk.

I’ve been with these sites since launch. I’ve referred well over 500 players, many of whom have spent a significant amount of money. At one point I was earning several hundred dollars a week in referral commissions. Recently, after telling my community to avoid these sites because of my experience, those commissions have dropped to around $20 a week or less. That should tell you I genuinely believe what I’m saying—I literally lose money by warning people away.

Over time, I’ve noticed what appears to be a pattern.

When your redeemable balance is completely gone after requesting a $100 redemption, those payments often seem to be processed very quickly. However, if you still have a larger redeemable balance sitting in your account, even that same $100 redemption can remain pending.

I’ve even tested this. Friends who were brand-new players deposited for the first time and requested redemptions after I had already submitted mine. Despite support repeatedly saying redemptions are processed “in the order they’re received,” my friends’ $200 redemptions were approved before my earlier $100 redemption while I still had additional funds waiting in my account.

Support has also given inconsistent explanations over time. One representative says to redeem under $600 to avoid compliance review. Another says under $500. Another says under $400. The number seems to change depending on who you ask, which makes it difficult to know what the actual policy is.

Right now I have $200 pending and another $1,800 sitting in my redeemable balance. Based on my past experiences, I have very little confidence that I’ll receive the larger balance.

What frustrates me most is the advertising. Instant deposits are never a problem, but redemptions can become an entirely different story. If you’re going to advertise fast payouts, then those standards should apply consistently—not only under certain circumstances.

Customer support has also been one of the most disappointing parts of my experience. Responses are often slow, the representatives frequently use generic copy-and-paste replies that don’t address the actual concern, and I’ve found many interactions to be dismissive rather than helpful.

For comparison, I regularly play on 40+ other sweepstakes casinos, and I have absolutely no problem waiting a reasonable amount of time for legitimate verification or payout processing. This review is not because I expect instant money. It’s because my experience with Rich Sweeps has been dramatically different from nearly every other site I use.

If my remaining redemption is not paid, I intend to file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission based on my experience, and I’ve encouraged others who believe they’ve had similar experiences to report theirs as well.

Rich Sweeps, please don’t respond with the same generic template that gets posted under every negative review. I’ve been around long enough to recognize it. I’d much rather see action than another copy-and-paste response.
