James was great walking me through the carriage install. He did an excellent job explaining everything we were doing and then took the time at the end to go over a few things that were not mentioned when setting up the printer.

James was very prompt for his appt with me. He explained things well and stayed on the appt until he was sure everything was working correctly.

I called to get my shipping upgraded and Margarita was awesome.

I don’t need to call tech support often, but when I do; I hope to get Derek or Luke ONLY. I don’t mean to be that guy, but when I get connected to any other tech, I immediately ask for those 2. Derek and Luke both took the time to help me get through a very stressful Encoder Error this past month. Even after it came back again a second time a few weeks after we fixed it, Luke was on top of the game with how to fix it immediately and walked me through specifics and was patient while I maneuvered. Derek is also very in depth and helpful when needing assistance. Ricoh, please take note: your techs need to be more like Derek and Luke. Cheers guys!

Luke was extremely helpful. He also followed up often to check in and make sure we were on track for a solution. He is kind and very knowledgeable.

Jason Lee with technical support was not helpful AT ALL! The least technical support can do is provide as much information on the issues with their product as possible. We, as the owners of these printers, have to invest time and money to replace and repair parts and issues with the printer, so learning as much as possible about each situation is paramount to ensure better results in the future. That guy was condescending and had no idea how to address my questions and concerns. He tried to rush me off the phone call as soon as I held him accountable to the information he gave me. It clearly annoyed him that I’d ask him why the solution he gave would remedy the issue with maintenance draining all the ink from my cartridges abnormally fast.
Customer service is severely lacking, especially with Jason Lee!

James was outstanding and very patient with me to install a replacement printhead carrier for the 1000x DTG Printer.

James was very helpful throughout the entire carriage unit install. There are so many steps that I couldn't have done it alone. He gave extra insight throughout the process so I understood what I was doing and why some steps needed to be taken with more precaution than others. We were able to get it installed in under the allotted timeframe!

Imran was one of the most helpful representatives I’ve ever had Ricoh. He was careful he was diligent, as well as more importantly, patient. He took his time to understand the issue, then got it figured out on the first try. Well put together young man I wish the best for him. We need more good people like this in the world aside from Buisness. Thank you Maron.
