Simple the worst AVIOD AT ALL COSTS
They missed collecting my prescriptions last month they had then in plenty of time this month and still not received them sent a complaint email and was just told if not happy just go back to your high street pharmacy
I'm bed ridden at the moment
They don't care that if they mess with people's life's
And that is very dangerous no wonder there ratings are down to 3 stars and falling
I tried to warn people on Facebook as they heavily advertise on that site
But guess what they removed my comments and blocked me from leaving a comment
Very dark dangerous company when they work in this format
They will keep messing with peoples life's until someone's dies from there poor service
And one of the owners works for the Labour Party in Scotland
God help us

I have been searching for these particular items for a long time, so pleased to find them on the website.
Ordering was so simple and received as suggested, couldn't be happier.

Problems, problems, problems! The most recent is that the wrong drugs are in the Rightdose pouches. My disabled brother has been taking double the dose of a controlled drug without realising and not getting another medication that he needs.

People need dosettes because they need help organising their medications, however you cannot trust these to be correct.

Professional approach. Arrived quickly when stated

As useless as a chocolate teapot. This would be ideal for me but I’ve spent the last 4 months trying to sign up for it but it’s impossible. They tell you to nominate them as your pharmacy but they’re not on the list. They then tell you they are so you send them a screenshot of the list and they still insist they are and you have to search with their code which gives zero results. Lots of excuses but they’ve been a joke to deal with and I’m giving up.
The company have since replied saying I told them I would leave bad trustpilot reviews and I have because they are entirely warranted. 5 months with zero results and lots of excuses. Avoid like the plague.

Brilliant customer service and great help on medical advice

You may wonder why four stars and not five. Their website was a bit quirky. I have recently moved to a new address, but my bank info still had the old address. It is best to register, and to be sure the details are correct, and to then order. The package went to the wrong address, but it was redelivered. For most people, this won't be an issue, so they will have a five star service and no delay.

Just wanted to highly commend Peter and his colleague. They were out of stock of cream I'd run out of but I was already en route to the chemist. Despite it being a busy early-closing Saturday, Peter's colleague dashed out with my prescription to their sister pharmacy (a 20-minute round trip!) to collect some cream so I wouldn't have to come into town again. Incredibly kind and greatly appreciated.

Easy to order. Fast delivery

Review for Rightdose Pouch - Took several emails to sort out dosage time, which delayed first delivery, luckily I don't leave myself short of medication so had back-up. There seems to be a long turnaround from when you order your prescription via the NHS App to delivery, at least 3 weeks. There is no way to look up on their website to see where in the system your outstanding prescription is, the first you know of any progress is when DPD notify you of expected delivery. Why don't they have an App to track prescription orders? Great idea which is executed badly.

Easy to navigate website. Lots of choice. Always have what I want and delivered in a timely manner. 👌

Had a problem with an item. Sent an email. Refunded straight away! Excellent service!

Well I must thank you for your time and help. It seemed to take forever to sort out but considering you seemed to be having logistic issues. I am pleased to say that my prescription arrived this morning and I am delighted 😀Ting was very responsive on FB chat. They do not seem to see emails and the phone rings forever. I have yet to start my pills on Monday. They seem to be right with the printing on the pouch. I hope that the other complaints are not the pharmacy’s fault. If you order correctly and on time there should not be a problem. I work in IT and most of the problems with a computer not working correctly was because the operator was not operating it correctly. I look forward to not spending nearly 1.5 hours every 2 months with sore fingers sorting out my pills. Thank you
