I only received half my order but was…

Don't trust them to get your…

Don't trust them to get your prescription right or to you in time. Even after multiple discussions with management they let me down for my holiday and without drugs.

Their attitude was to blame me and my GP asking "surely you must have known you were going on holiday". My GP sent them the script over a week before my travels. Their manager had reassured me that this was all I had to do to get my drugs in time. Even after raising the issue, they said they'd listen to the tape of my conversation but still did nothing to help.

I'm diabetic so had no drugs for a week. They don't care. They have no complaints procedure. They don't respond to questions and will put the blame on you.

Despite my scripts only needing some drugs once in a while for a ehole year they sent everything on my repeat prescription list every order. I told them several times to stop sending some of the drugs. Even when speaking to the manager he could see it on the system and yet every order they've sent multiple packages of costly test strips that I don't need.

Just appalling company and appalling customer support.

Avoid.

Hi Jan, Thanks for your review and honest feedback.

You make a couple of important points and we feel it's important to provide context. In Scotland, we order and collect prescriptions on our patients behalf. Therefore if medication is ordered outside of your normal cycle we need to be made aware in good time, so we can collect the prescription and prepare your pouches. In this case you first advised us you were traveling (by email) the day before travel, after business hours. This isn't realistic, and the option to deliver outside of the UK is not available to us.

We have ensured the call you referenced was listened to, however at no point were your holiday plans discussed. We do of course have a fully transparent complaints procedure which is accessible on our website and via Complaints@Rightdose.co.uk

You make a very valid point reference unnecessary ordering of product. This would sit with your surgery to advise what is required in each cycle. As you can imagine, we have no way of knowing how many of each product you use, so we facilitate what is ordered. You are not alone in voicing concern over this, so it's important to keep prescriptions updated and accurate.

We are sorry that we have failed to meet your expectations, however note that you are still a current patient and hope to recover your faith in future.

Repeat script for pouching

UPDATE ……Now been notified they are no longer doing the punching service for England, no notice, just informed any further scripts will be returned …who else in England has had this happen ?
Repeat script for pouching, missed medication. No answer to emails, 3 days to get throu on phone.
New item sent by GP landed with RIGHTDOSE on 19th June, phoned today 21st, not been actioned, confirmed in stock, unable to confirm despatch date….

The good news is we have made changes to our communication strategy, meaning our customers can speak to us pretty much on demand, and the majority of emails are responded to within two hours. One thing, we need to be made aware of any adhoc prescriptions, as we would normally check your account around your monthly cycle date. Once we know about it we can facilitate immediately. Never on time

Never on time
Now on 4th month in and still issues time to accept they won't get it right
Dads meds always ordered 2 weeks prior to needing them by myself to give time for pharmacy to sort 4th time running I have had to contact to chase medication as his power of attorney, was told on month 2 that month 3 was due to be delivered the 21st (ran out 22nd and was told on month 2 would be delivered prior to running out to ensure wouldn't miss a dose) and wasnt delivered contacted them to be told had only been issued that day and will be delivered the day after which left my father without important heart and other medication,
Month 4 had to chase again as was told on month 3 by case manager that would be delivered on either a Monday or Tuesday on green week and was told it was down for a Wednesday delivery which would have meant yet again dad missing a dose as ran out on Tuesday the gent on the phone did however manage to change to a Tuesday so this month he will get them on time I have however cancelled the service as they have failed every month to get it right

Left with no medication 2 months in a row - disgusting customer service!

Rightdose have left with me without lifesaving medications for 2 months in a row. Upon receiving my "time to order!" emails, I immediately order my medication through the NHS app. Last month Rightdose emailed to claim they had never received this prescription. I emailed back (3 times) and requested a callback almost every day for a week and I received no response. I ended up without medication. My partner messaged them on Facebook and he was told the email claiming they had no script was sent in error and he arranged for my meds to be sent out in a few days. I ended up without medication but nobody thought to communicate this mix up with me directly? My meds were only sent out because my partner advocated for me. Even though they made the mistake, were they just not going to send me my meds?
Today I sit here without medication AGAIN! My prescription was sent to them nearly 3 weeks ago and my pouches were supposed to be delivered last week. I have messaged on Facebook (this seems to be the only way to get any response from them) and they have been READING AND IGNORING my messages for days. I have requested a callback three separate times and I haven't received a single call back from them. I have also emailed several times a day, every day, for a week.

Since I have been using Rightdose I have also had to rely on NHS 111 Emergency prescriptions. I have been accused by several healthcare professionals of abusing my meds when the reality is a company who only operate in delivering medications cannot carry out its only purpose.

Being without these medications, because of Rightdose, on two separate occasions within two months I could've ended up experiencing a psychotic break resulting in hospitalisation. Do NOT trust this company with your medication if you value your physical and mental health. It is overwhelmingly evident that they do not care about their customers.

Just dire - avoid at all costs

Just dire. I got two family members signed up with Rightdose to try and streamline their meds intake (both have chronic illnesses and really struggle with management of their meds).

Unfortunately, all I am left with is an overwhelming sense of guilt - and ultimately, for most months, either late meds, missing meds, or no medication at all.

Customer service is practically non-existent, explanations are wishy washy, apologies are never offered.

Calls to 111 for emergency prescriptions following a Rightdose error are far more frequent than their pouches actually arriving. The resultant accusations from ‘proper’ pharmacists that you might be abusing your meds, and their willingness to only offer you one day’s supply to tide you over while you hope and pray that perhaps Rightdose will return a call or an email, would be frustrating and detrimental to anybody, let alone someone who has experienced spiralling as a result of mismanagement of their meds previously.

A fantastic idea in principal, but the execution is shocking and ultimately dangerous if, like many, you are completely reliant on medication to mitigate your health conditions.

Avoid at all costs, at least until they are geared up to match supply with demand - as things stand, and based on all prior interaction with them (or lack thereof), I suspect they are not.

Late delivery

The only downside was I paid for next day delivery and it took 4 days to deliver my product, other than that it was great.

WOW This has changed my life !

WOW This has changed my life !! And it’s not an understatement, no more sore fingers trying to put my 14 tablets a day into boxes. I was very appreciative, thought they would be all mixed up but they are all correct and now I can grab my pouch and go.
