Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Having reviewed your journey, we can see that you cancelled your policy as you sold your vehicle.
When you bought your policy, you agreed to our Terms of Business and confirmed this by ticking a box. The terms state there is a cancellation fee of £25 if you cancel within 14 days, or £55 if you cancel after 14 days. There is also a £60 arrangement fee. All fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation charges are in place to cover some of the costs we incur in setting up policies that are cancelled through no fault of our own. We keep this as low as possible and only apply it to cover genuine costs.
