Dear Mr Dodd,
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback.
As advised in our email to you, your insurer, Prestige Underwriting, had confirmed that your policy was issued using an incorrect premium due to a rating error. This was outside of RightSure's control, but we understand the inconvenience it caused and worked with Prestige to resolve it as quickly as possible.
As a result, Prestige provided you with the option to continue with your policy, at the correct price or cancel with a full refund. You chose the later, and a refund actioned.
Again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this situation has caused.

UPDATE: Fair play to this company they reached out and have now refunded me. Neither of us could agree on why / what had happened as their web page ought to stop any insurance being bought that is invalid - and yet still somehow I managed it... But I appreciate the fact Jermaine addressed the issues quickly and reasonably. So have upped stars to 3!

Just been ripped off by their so-called £50 cancelation fee when they sold me a policy that was invalid! Only paid it 24 hours ago- spotted the discrepancy on the policy (that they don't do HMOs) they agreed, said they'd have to cancel - then CHARGE ME for their incompetence and bad systems. I read reviews on here that seemed like they're a decent company but my experience has been they are disorganised, bad systems, and a badly run business. I will carry on complaining until I get my £50 back.
