Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful. Been using Ringo for years with no issue. Then randomly one day, I'm unable to park. Apparently I have unpaid parking on my account! Rubbish. I can't think how that's even possible as Ringo pre-authorise a full day's parking before you end your session. I tried to call customer services to query but the number they list just says the customer service centre is currently closed...it has been for weeks.

Ringo is an absolute disgrace

Ringo is an absolute disgrace, and every local authority, airport, railway station, or whatever that has leased their parking out to Ringo, should hang their head in shame. Only interested in ripping people off. And stealing the name of a Beatles icon to try to give yourselves some credit? Shameful.

Ringo ripoff holding fee…

Ringo now want you to pay a holding fee upfront. £6.30, they hold this for 7 days, then pay back difference to amount actually required. This in a time of cost of living crisis, do they not realize for some people that could be the difference of feeding their children. All so they can hold your money and make profit on it. Outrageous.

Ringo / GXS Services Ltd - unethical

Ringo / GXS Services Ltd took over management of Dover Harbour Board parking / car parks on or about 1st Feb 2024. Prior to Ringo the car park that I was trapped in was free to use between October and March 31st (old signs still up) The transition period was inadequately communicated. In 40 years of driving I have never received a parking ticket when using car parks. In the space of 12 days 3 charges (Between Feb 4 & Feb 17th). For the later two charges, I received a notification and grudgingly paid 2 x £60. The first offence however, no notification, just a final demand for £160! I have offered the company £60 but they have rejected this. The company website states "ethical transparent parking management solutions" - What a load of tosh. It would be ethical to inform customers clearly beforehand with clear in your face signage, it would be ethical to take the old parking information down, it would be ethical to have a channel of communication between customers and company that consists of something other than a robot. Will I pay £160 - NO WAY - See you in court

Unable to park

Went to Lewes and found I could only pay for parking by using ringo. First I phoned the payment number recorded message said service unavailable down load app or go to website. I then had to receive an authorisation code - didn’t arrive. I got back in my car and left Lewes

Dårlig kundeservice

Dårleg kundeservice. Etter å ha kjøpt to varer til 1000,- kr hver, forventer man kvalitet. Spesielt når man får samme vare til en tredjedel av prisen hos andre leverandører. Men nå har jeg hatt to dårlege erfaringer med Ringo. Først en drone som lettet og landet kun en gang, nå en dinosaur-radiostyrt bil som hadde som funksjon å snurre rundt. Den knakk i festet etter en time.Rakk ikkje lade noen av de en gang. Gikk til butikken jeg hadde kjøpt de i, fikk til beskjed om at de ikke kunne garantere at det var barnet som hadde ødelagt leika selv. Selv om jeg forklarte at jeg såg på og kunne konstatere at begge leker rett og slett kollapset av seg selv uten å ha vært i nærheten av barnehender, var det null forståelse. Tilbakemeldingen var klar. Det er kun leker med elektriske feil som det gikk å reklamere på. Ringo tar da ikkje hensyn til at det er barn som er forbrukere og at det de selger må vere berekna på det. Det eneste de kunne gi var 20% rabatt på nytt kjøp. Jeg takket for tilbudet og opplyste at nettbutikkene har samme vare til lavere sum enn minus 20%. Det ble at jeg kjøpte ny vare på netthandel. Uten kundeservice og reklamasjonsrett, da er det kun pris som tel. Det er mange lekebutikker på nett med bedre pris og kundeservice.

Elendig kundeservice

Elendig kundeservice. Eller fullstendig mangel på kundeservice! Her ble det kjøpt en vare ved en feil, returnert 1 døgn etter. Men ingen mulighet for å få pengene igjen. Og heller ingen info om dette. Merkelig praksis når konkurransen er så stor blant lekebutikker.
