die Sachen sehen hübsch aus, keine Frage, aber die Qualität ist wirklich furchtbar. Ich habe mir das bekannte Katze-Mittlefinger T-Shirt gekauft und nach 3 Mal tragen/waschen (bei 20°C) löst es sich schon an manchen Stellen auf. Nähe sind schlecht verarbeitet... der Stoff an sich ist schlicht minderwertig. Für den Preis eigentlich eine Frechheit, denn günstig sind die Sachen nicht. Sehr schade & enttäuschend.

This company is a joke. I was getting ready to buy a few items for my son when I noticed a 10% discount for first time customers. I entered my email address and received a link to subscribe to the newsletter…I subscribed but received no discount code or instructions for getting one. I emailed “customer service” on Monday asking about how to get discount. Later that day I received a reply that said “ You should receive a code if you have not previously signed up. Thanks!” Seriously? I specifically said I signed up (never had before) and didn’t get the code. So I replied with words to that effect. On Tuesday I heard nothing back and found a phone number. So I called and left a message. Today is Wednesday and not only haven’t I received a response but there is no longer a 10% discount for first time customers. The terrible reviews come as no surprise.

I placed a order 2 months prior and the company decided to hold my order because one of the items was a preorder only for them to sell out of one of the items I already ordered and give a refund and to spilt the order between two shipments which i have just received and now in my mind im thinking WHY NOT SHIP WITH THE THINGS YOU ALREADY HAD AND WAIT UNTIL YOU GET THE PREORDER ITEM. Two words ABSOLUTE IDIOTS thank you i will never order from this website ever again and they gave me a wrong item on top of that

Can’t send slides back iv got a size mistaken as it’s us sizes and i live in the uk im a size 6.5 uk and Iv ended up with a size 3 uk size can’t even get a exchange disgraceful

I ordered the fishtank, and it arrived completely broken. I emailed them and received a rude, abrupt answer. Admittedly I did not pay the purchase protection, but I don't pay any other company extra to deliver an unbroken product - so don't understand why I should here. I won't be getting a replacement or refund, fair enough - but don't be rude about it too.

dont buy anything with them, no ship out and no refund

I build a cart online and what happened was while the cart was in limbo. Somebody bought the last pair of large sweatpants, so it adjusted it to extra small with no kind of notification.
Unfortunately I make this discovery after placing the order but not long after it was still the same day so I desperately reach out on all of their social medias, Email, phone all to not get a response for two days until you guessed it the moment I get a text that says the product is shipped. Minutes after I hear from rip and dip. Basically telling me that there’s nothing they can do since the order has already been placed. This brand has cool designs. I’ll give them that, but that’s not gonna justify me giving them my money again after not owning up to a mistake that was completely out of my control and not really even hearing the customer out, Now I’m out $38 because they wouldn’t offer me a refund, or store credit even though my purchase had order protection on it.
To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. Take your business elsewhere.

I ordered two shoes which are on sale and they said to size up coz it runs small, I did and yet both shoes won't fit, it's literally like a size of a kid's shoes. They just wanna get rid of their old stocks. They won't refund or exchange. Such a waste of money. Too bad they have cute stuff but the customer service is so bad that I won't order ever again. The products are overpriced as well.

My order (worth 67$) was never delivered, but was stated as delivered in the tracking. But instead of Germany it was delivered to the Netherlands. After contacting the customer service (through a general email address), they said could do nothing for me, as they were not responsible for deliveries to Europe.

After quite a few emails, repeating my case, I was offered a 40$ online voucher. Despite of offering a very poor customer service experience, I contacted the forwarder and received the information that the shipment had been returned.

So I reached out again and received no answer.

Ordered from UK and item received was too big. Returned at my cost (shipping to US so was expensive) and ordered an exchange in a smaller size. This was out of stock, so the order was cancelled, but Ripndip refused a refund (store credit only). Consumer Contracts Regulations apply for UK consumers including overseas and Ripndip are in breach so will pursue through Bank but will avoid Ripndip in future and suggest others do the same.

I purchased a Yamaha keyboard online from Ripndip, and they took $76.80 from my PayPal account and assigned an order number. When I inquired about delivery, a company representative, Keyra Navarro, claimed the item isn't carried by Ripndip. I got some of my money back through PayPal. The story is absurd but real. Ripndip is a fraudster operation. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal, which helps in cases like this.

Did not receive clothing i ordered, I was sent a message in whatsapp to confirm my order and i was sent an IP grabber link. They stole all my information and leak my private videos in my phone. My life is ruined. Im contemplating suicide everyday because of the scum on this website. I threatened to tell world my story but they offered to send free clothes as an apology. The parcel came after 3 months (I had forgotten about it at this point) and it was drenched in urine and other bodily fluids (maybe semen). Do not buy from here.

I order lots from RipNDip and never have a problem, but this time I ordered the rolling fatties papers. DO not order them. There is not sticky part on the paper, so the tobacco falls out and the paper falls apart. Sucks. Otherwise I love Rip N Dip

Non-existent customer service. Just wanted to change something for a different size and no replies for now 2 months.

Disgusting customer service literally just out to take money from customers do not purchase made a massive order the sizes were completely untrue and they refused to refund me or exchange and blamed me for not reading there policies which are hidden on there website

Excellent fast shipping all the way to the UK with taxes already dealt with. Stoked to receive good fast communication from customer service over email (even on the weekend) notifications from both Rip n Dip and FedEx tracking my package, and finally a massive freebie stickers page arrived with my items purchased. LOVE this brand - the humour and fun, you give me a reason to live :-D

Bought a jacket. The package could not be canceled in the first place and the 'it will arrive in 4 days' was 15 days ago and it is still not in my country. It took 13(!) days to hand over the package. Completely horrible support.

I bought flip flops that don’t fit. I’m a size 7.5 women’s and the flip flops I received did not fit. They wouldn’t let me return them because I didn’t have the box they came in. Never buying from them again.

Customer Support had a quick response time to mail me back about my concerns regarding the bad reviews. As I've digged in the history, I'd read that it was because of a warehouse issue in the past. Customer support assured me of the situation and clothing that was ordered was delivered within a few days.

I want to clarify I did not buy there deck directly from there site I got it at a store so I can not comment on there official site and how well they handle refunds postage etc but if you see one of there products in a different store definitely get it as there decks are amazing and feel and look high quality a bit expensive I payed around £75 but definitely worth it
