Where to start?
Honestly,
Don’t know where to start. Customer service is beyond amazing. Couldn’t recommend this company enough, and more specifically Jake for dealing with my multiple orders coming to the Scottish highlands. If you want good quality, amazing customer service and fast shipping, I would recommend anywhere else.

Second to none customer service
Happy with the product but missing two of the caribenas which I believe could’ve been lost in transit as the packaging was delivered damp with holes.
This was rectified immediately and x2 caribenas were sent out the next day.
Again, great products and even better customer service! 10*/10* ☺️

Adjustable cable system
Brought the adjustable cable system. Good quality, fair price, excellent delivery and service (had to ring for missing instructions but these were e-mailed immediately). Only one observation is that the Rawl plugs are 14*57mm but 100mm coach bolts supplied. Easily rectified.

Decent product.
Package arrived promptly and works perfectly. Instructions weren't great and diagrams were really small. I can imagine the pulley system assembly would be tricky for a novice DIYer.
Overall, more than happy with price, quality and delivery.

Brilliant customer service & brilliant gym!
Brilliant customer service, extremely helpful. I had no idea and provided the dimensions of the room, and Sam kindly told me what would fit and provided me with a breakdown per item. The gym rack is brilliant, very easy to put together and sturdy, and also looks good! I couldn't recommend them more. We will be purchasing more from them and building out our full gym.
