Great item, bought a medium neutral grip lat pull down bar, I’m pleased it’s really well built and feels very nice to use all round happy customer:)

Looks nice, but some parts are too loose, some too tight. Not precise mounting instruction.

Incredible products, incredible people
Not only are Rival’s products incredible quality and great value for money but the team are incredible responsive and provide great service. The good were with me very quickly, surprisingly so in fact and the team were very kind when replacing an item which was incorrectly included. I couldn’t recommend them more and the only area for slight improvement (though easy enough) would be to include slightly clearer assembly instructions.

Pre ordered some fractional plates & they were shipped the day they came in stock.. Good communication throughout & the plates are great quality at a great price.
Shipping to Northern Ireland was significantly more expensive than to mainland UK which was dissapointing considering we're within the UK..
Other than that no issues

Top quality commercial kit and great customer support
Really helpful company - great kit, quick to answer questions and items actually turn up at the correct time! Instructions could be better for building the rig but it's only a minor thing

Excellent and professional service
Excellent and professional service. There was one item missing from the delivery. Spoke with Jake and he sent it the following morning arriving at 9am. Can’t fault the equipment or the service. Would highly recommend Rival Strength, and will be buying from them again

Monolift Attachments
Bought Rival's Monolift Attachments about a year ago and been using them about 2x weekly for that period. They've been solid and an absolute godsend for me as I train by myself. They've taken some abuse and they're as good as the day I got them. Absolutely recommend this brand and their kit

This was human error on our part, but we did quickly rectify with the other band shipped on a priority delivery service. 6ft international bar and bumper plates
Got Olympic bar and bumper plates to go with the rack I bought a year ago been using standard bar, great upgrade well worth it and excellent quality emailed first to see if in stock instant reply received in a few days both purchases have been stress free great company thanks Pete.
