Very good shop.
They have helped me loads with what to do for preparation of my bike.
They don’t push you to buy things that you would struggle to afford!

Hi Nathan, thanks for taking the time to post a review. Glad you appreciate the care we take in packing the bikes, they have to survive the courier afterall. We do compeltely re-pack the bikes in our own custom boxes once we've built and inspected them, enjoy the ride!

Ordered a bike advertised online
Ordered a bike advertised online, it was an older model but available for purchase brand new. Confirmation email recieved and dispatched next day. After 5 days I still haven't received any emails on delivery from shop or courier, phone shop, took my details and said apologies for delay, will be despatched today and you will recieve tomorrow 3 days later still no delivery, sent an email to ask what's going on, recieved a phone call to inform me this bike was sold a long time ago, but keeps popping up on our website. I did recieve full refund swiftly but, simply not good enough service all round, the staff member that took my first call a d said dispatched today has cost this 1 star rating

Hi Barry, thanks for taking the time t post a review. Sometimes we just hae to put our hands up and aplogise. We have had a problem with this one speific listing on this bike, which was eventually tracked down to a bug in third party bike office system. That doesn't help you in this instance. The person that told you when it was being dispatched would have been looking at the same system. It's very rare this happens, but as I said that doesn't help you now. Many apologies

I recently bought a new MTB from RM. Delivery was as quick and as well as being pretty much ready to ride (including tubeless setup for the wheels) the bike was really well packaged. Couldn’t ask for more really. I nw just have to get used to this new fanged wheel size…;)

Hi Joey, many apologies for the delay in you receiving your item. Your pedals were dispatched on the same day you ordered them, via royal mail. There was an entire post bag that Royal Mail took several days to scan into thier system. Hence the delay, I have refunded your postage as a good will gesture

The price and the service to get the bike was excellent but the shop never told me that I had to put the bike up I had to pay for a man in a van to collect it and take to Halfords where they charged me £100 to assemble the bike.
Customers need to know so to plan and know that the bike is not road worthy

Hi David, thanks for taking the time to post a review. Every mountain bike we send we have to take the handlebars and and front wheel off in order for it to meet courier shipping dimensions rule. We do state this on the vast majority of bikes we sell. However some of the bikes we sell are direct from the supplier and our website information is populated by thier automated processes over which we have no control. This is the case with your bike, so aplogies that this came as a surprise. We would much prefered that you had contacted us at the time about your difficulty in re-assembling the bars and wheel as I'm sure we could have arrnaged something more convenient that the action you had to take. Please do feel free to contact us to see if there is anything we might do to make you a 5 star happy customer
Another fabulous bike from RM Cycles
Another fabulous bike from RM Cycles. This is the third bike I’ve bought from RM in the last year and all have been brilliant. All three were received the next working day and very well packed.
If buying second hand, they identify every minute flaw in the photos. The latest bike I bought is like new.
If you find their bikes on third party website, do check out their website before purchasing. You may find it saves you a considerable amount of money :-)

Aftersales service
I recently bought a bike with RM Cycles and after 2 months I did have an issue with one of the parts, however the aftersales service has been excellent and action taken really promptly. They even liaised with my local bike repairers, so there has been no stress in getting things sorted. I would highly recommend RM Cycles 👍 and will look to use them again for my next purchase.
