Great product! Before finding Comfort Wear briefs, helping my elderly Mother In Law was a real chore. We were battling leaks, and clothes changes, and lots of discussion around whether or not a brief needed to be changed or not. With Comfort Wear and the color strip indicator? No leaks. If it’s blue? We change the brief. This has truly improved care for her in a very significant and measurable way!

My new racy rollator arrived in good condition
The rollator arrived in good condition, all assembled. It feels very sturdy. The seat is 23” tall and handles are adjustable. It looks like a modern racing model! 🤣

miss-addressed package, emailed immediately, no response until 4 days later when they got the miss-addressed package back. The credit card went through, so they damn well had the correct address available. Bad joke.

Talked to your warehouse manager 3…
Talked to your warehouse manager 3 times and have not received my product yet even though I was assured that my order was on the way. Last time I was told the manager in charge was in a meeting and he would call me as soon as he got out of his meeting, but he did not call me back as was promised. I called the next day and didn’t get a response and left a message to get back with me, but so far no one has responded.
