Very Disappointed. To date (12/26/25) I haven't received…
To date (12/26/25) I haven't received my order that was promised to be delivered 12/19/ 12/22. It was to be a Christmas gift and that promise was why I ordered it. You got your payment right away so why not keep your promise? I replied to the email but got no response at all. No customer service at all.

Bad Customer Service
My original order was stuck in Texas for weeks and it took forever for customer service to fix the problem. I had ordered well ahead of time and ended up running out of my supplement that is essential for my health.

Finally - I found THE bag!
These bags were for my Aunt, who lives in Phoenix. She’s been unhappy with the bags the DME vendor thru Humana sends her, so I’ve been trying to find a new vendor.
She received her bags within about a week and is over the moon.
