So far so good!
I’m one of those that will always be skeptical about supplements but I was getting to a point where I was desperate to help/alleviate/stop my recurrent BV. After 8 months of continuous BV I came across these and had nothing to lose! I’ve only been taking for a month but I’ve already noticed a massive improvement in my symptoms so have purchased more. May long it continue! Thank you for your product that actually seems to do what it says!

I did a lot of research into collagen supplements and this came out top, so I decided to try it. Don't expect to see the results straight away. I'm into my 3rd pack and am now seeing the benefits. Nails - my nail are stronger and longer than ever before. I have never managed to grow my nails successfully but I'm so pleased with them now. Hair - I have yet to see anything much because I have super slow growing hair. Skin - I feel I am seeing a more youthful glow and plumper look. My husband said to me yesterday that my skin was looking amazing (despite my hormonal spots!). I'm very happy with the product and would recommend it to others. I would love an unflavoured one without sweetner though.

Rock and Roses customer service has also been great.

After about two months of taking Glow Powder my hair and nails are visibly stronger. All flavours taste delicious. Satisfied all around.

Oh my god this one is delicious 🤤 Only been taking the drink for about just over a week. So not much change as yet, but I will definitely check in in about a month.

The worst customer service ever
Its been three months waiting for a refund as they said customer will pay postage to return products. I have sent email with proof of postage and calling everyday on their customer helpline but no response and even their voicemail is full they can't even take your voicemail
Extremely disappointed DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

AWFUL! Avoid!! They do not honour their 90 day return policy. I have been chasing them up without a response and now I’ve asked my bank to recall the payment. The taste just wasn’t for me at all so I decided to return the unused packets which is within their return policy guidelines but I’m finding it very difficult to obtain a refund. Awful customer service

Amazing customer service, responded straight away.

I cannot fault their product but their customer service is the worst I’ve come across.
I did everything required to send a parcel back .Proof of return- ref number- to be signed for and ……silence.

Telephone number messages are full when trying again …so please try later is the automated reply you receive.
I am still waiting and wonder if they read these reviews as there does not seem to be a reply to any of the posts here .

Please refund my money

I have always been sceptical about probiotics but I am honestly so impressed with these. I suffered ongoing infections for 7 months and since taking these, fingers crossed I haven’t had any! Definitely recommend.

Only been using product 3 weeks and

Order was shipped immediately and arrived on schedule. However part of the order was missing. I contacted them and they apologised and sent the remaining order straight away.
Great customer service.

Doesn’t mix. Tastes horrendous. Emailed them twice with pictures without a reply.

Customer Service great for initial enquiries before you’ve purchased but, sadly, non-existent once they have your hard earned pennies!! Don’t be reassured by the Money Back Guarantee - if you have a problem, they won’t respond to you. Very disappointing.

Great company. I ordered male instead of female by mistake. No issue to them. A correct bottle sent and a happy husband trying the male ones free of charge that I ordered in error.

Don’t bother to buy from them. In case you have any inquiries or need any help, no one will get back to you.
I bought their supplements stated as gluten free on the website but when I got the order, on the bottle says it’s made on the same place with products with allergens including wheat. So as someone with an autoimmune disease that’s a huge risk for me. I emailed them asking them to refund me the shipping costs too, as they don’t have accurate information on the website and no one answered me. I emailed them in 14th December 2023 and today is 28th December 2023 and no answer! 0 customer service! Avoid them!

Good customer service - managed to order myself a completely different product altogether. Contacted them and they have sorted my order for me so that I receive what it was I was supposed to have ordered. Thank you team, hope the products are as good as your customer service.

I am very particular about the ingredients that go into my supplements and always have a lot of questions whenever I buy something different at Rock and Roses and they are always there to help. They might take a day to get back to me but always reply in time! Their products have been a lifesaver for me. I am post bariatric so suffered from a lot of hair loss and their Biotin product in combination with Glow Powder has got me back on track with my hair growth.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Peach and Pineapple flavoured marine collagen powder, and it has quickly become a delightful addition to my daily wellness routine. Not only does it great and mix really well it has improved my skin to no end! Delivery was fast and got my 6 week supply within 24 hrs.

I have also tried the pink coconut which is also good but not my favourite.

Received multivitamins I always separate tablets into pill boxes I noticed there wasn’t the specified 60 there was 58 so I thought I would count the second tub also 58 I no it sounds petty that it’s only four tablets but how many people do they do this to.Also emailed but no response

Customer support is absolutely rubbish. They have a "contact us" number, but once you call your phone calls and messages left on voicemail goes unanswered, then I tried their "chat" option, no answer there either after many attempts, then emailed, but only answered my email partially and also clearly not what my question was, after approximately 8 emails back and forth, Mayoor could still not answer my question properly.

I asked to be in contact with a different person and he still replied with yet again, NOT what my question was about.

Customer service is daunting, I decided I will not continue as its way too frustrating.
